Looks like this location is under new management or something. Employees are not friendly and…read morealways seem to be struggling to keep up now. I only have 1/2 hour for lunch and they cannot get my one sub meal out to me at 11 a.m. Bread has been burnt last 2 visits and the guy tried to tell me it is because I got wheat bread. Another customer returned their sub to the counter for burnt bread and was told it was because it had to be run through twice. Really, then turn it down a little. The tea here tastes like chlorine now and did not in the past. It is unexceptable to try to give ridiculous excuses to regular customer for poor quality product. I have been here now for 25 minutes, still no sub and when I asked, I was told he is doing the best he can. Someone please help this place out! It even spells like burnt bread in here.

And I mean trash everywhere, it obviously hasn't been swept inside the store in days; let alone mopped. The food was all out of stock, most of the meats included. What was in stock, was bone dry and tough. I'm unsure how long it had been left to sit there. The produce was all about empty, and yet still scraping it out from the bottom. Like the lettuce, that was empty, frozen, and mushy. The service was mediocre, I saw no urgency to complete any certain task like refill foods or to clean up the environment. I hate to say how unimpressed and disappointed I am with this visit. It's borderline a health code violation in here, and I was not the only unsatisfied guest picking at their meal and leaving prematurely. Do better Middletown Chipotle.
