He called the store and the person that answered acted like they didn't care and said that we would have to come to the store to get a new sandwich. That's not acceptable when you pay for delivery. It should have been refunded or a new, correct sandwich sent. Terrible customer service. Won't be ordering from this location again. If you can't get a customer's order right or offer a better solution for a mistake, not something I want to support.
