My wife and I placed a takeout order at Burger King in Epping, NH. After repeating the order (annoying) and paying for it, I asked for a receipt. They could not provide one. I had to move up and waited for about 4 minutes even though there was nobody in front of me. When my wife and I got home, they messed my order up and actually cheated me money-wise. The person taking the order was incompetent. I had to repeat the order FIVE times and it was only 2 items. Not only that, you couldn't hear them clearly through the speaker. After pulling around to the drive thru, there was only ONE car ahead of me. After waiting 15 minutes and that car hadn't moved an inch and the drive thru window never opened, I backed up and left. They had already caused me 15 minutes of work time which equals about $12. This amount was twice the cost of my order. No thanks BK. Have eaten here many times over the years. This restaurant in completely hit or miss. Depends entirely on who is working the particular day that you stop in. I just had the worst fast food experience of my life here. Waited and waited for my food. Finally asked one of the 2 teens working the front of the restaurant what the problem is and they told me that the (only) teen working in the kitchen ONLY SPEAKS SPANISH. I told them that one of them needs to go back into the kitchen and make my burger and they responded "we don't make burgers". No management on the premises, no translators. No meal for me. UPDATE: I've continued to go to this Burger King for the last few months since my last review and I've noticed many odd things happen. I usually go for the whopper/chicken sandwich and they don't let me down on my sandwiches however, while watching everyone else order the workers tell every other customer they are out of what they are ordering. I also had to wait 15 minutes after telling an associate they were out of ice to get some for my drink. I drive by this restaurant often and also noticed they close on random days with no reason why they closed. Very odd. When I get my sandwiches they are still tasty and I'd say the restaurant is quite clean but I believe this store has a lot of work to do before I can give it a better review. read more

Had to stand up for my own recent experience- fast efficient and delicious fresh fast food- exactly what I ordered and in a timely fashion. Friendly girl behind the drive through window, and used a bin to take my credit card which I thought was clever- COVID precaution or not- I like it- it minimizes the probability of my card being dropped. The ratings dont lie, still massively under staffed and service so slow it defies the "fast food" label. I hot the drive thru on a Thursday night about 5pm recently for a single burger, 1 burger. No fries, no drink, nothing but the burger. 21 minutes later the 3 people working had managed to complete my order and, thanks to the young kid on drive thru, make sure I knew my presence was an inconvenience at best. Grief! How badly can a fast food restaurant foul things up! After doing some shopping and not had a chance to stop for dinner, we popped in at 9pm for a quick bite. I don't make a habit of going to BK, Wendy's or Mickey D's, but when I do, I expect my order to be correct, or darned close to it. Sure, mistakes happen, but this isn't a complicated culinary endeavor, particularly with computerized ordering, timers for the fryers and assembly line production. Both burgers were wrong; no cheese on mine, and hubby's had all the evil garden ingredients and non-ketchup condiments that he requested be left off, and fries were barely cooked. Back we went to the counter for a redo. Another family really had issues... Their fries were partially frozen, and a beef patty was completely missing from one of their burgers. Gives new meaning to that old Wendy's commercial tag line, "Where's the beef?" This should be one star but the staff were very apologetic, and earned the second one. With such lousy quality control, it will take a lot for me to go there again. read more

We feel apologetic for writing about a fast-food stop -- how good can you expect them to be, after all? But, we were so confounded by poor service and poor food that we thought it best to caution others. We arrived early afternoon, placed our order, requesting extra pickles on everything, and they were delivered to our table fairly quickly. OK so far. But we quickly discovered there were no pickles at all on anything. We went back to ask for them and were advised the restaurant ran out of pickles the day before. Could no one have mentioned this to us maybe? So, that's admittedly not the end of the world. But worse, the burgers turned out bland, undercooked, nondescript patties, edible only in the loosest definition of the word edible. As far as fast food goes, this is a good one. It seems clean, it's quick and my food was tasty. I even asked if they could cut a sandwich in half (so my husband and I could share and not get fat) and they did! perfect! I have no complaints here!
