It absolutely baffles that anyone could rate this place less than five stars. Lightning fast service, and a staff that takes care of you the second you walk through that door. Hours are incorrect. Was sitting in line to order food for 15 minutes (only 3 cars ahead of me, I could see the speaker box the whole time) and by the time I was able to order "the till is closed for the night" If the employees were diligent and performed their job duties rather than flirt with boyfriends (as evidenced by the conversations I overheard), I would not have wasted my time. Instead, a line of paying customers (under the impression that Wendy's would be open for the duration of their posted hours) were sent away with nothing more than the outright lies of the service staff. In short: hours are a lie, employees are a joke and I honestly won't ever return here. Taco Bell is next door and at least the employees there seem to care about their work. read more

Today we purchased 3 meals. BaconBurger, medium 2 salads. one NEW COBB salad with chicken. They forgot to put salad dressing and utensils in bag. Apple Pecan chicked salad. Forgot the chicken, salad dressing, pecans and utensils we also got 2 small chocolate Frosty's, Paid $36.00 we live in Chester, when we opened bag, we learned of the mistake Called them, spoke to someone that would report it. Love the 3$ breakfast! Food is good service is fast. People are friendly. 4 dollar lunch and dinner is excellent. Can not say wendy's is not trying to compete with other fast food chains alike. Always been one of the most affordable options for lunch and dinner. Now breakfast? Nice move. read more

My husband just went to Wendy's in Epping NH, he ordered a meal with burger fries and a coke when he got to the window they only had a coke she told him he ordered a coke that's it now move on. Had a very strange experience here last night. Got in line at the drive thru and proceeded to order 2 orders of 10 piece nuggets, a small fry, and a chocolate frosty. We ordered 3 types of sauces, one type for me and 2 types that my friend likes to mix. We use a lot of sauce when we eat them so I asked for extra. When prompted with this question, the cashier responded with "Extra of what? I gave you 2 of each how much more do you need!?" Did not ask for that. I was extremely polite throughout the entire interaction and didn't think that passive-aggressive comment was necessary. Even better, when we pulled into the parking lot to eat, our bag was missing one of the 10pc nuggets and a spoon/straw to eat my frosty. When I went back through, I (once again) was polite and notified her that we were missing some items in our order. When we pulled up to the second window, she handed us the bag and said "Do you need any SAUCE with that?" I had it at this point and we got as far away from this Wendy's as we could. At 3 pm drive-in ordered 2 of their new fish sandwiches. They were cool, hard and dry. Pretty gross for fish, and definitely not fresh.

Very mad.. (insert angry face here) The restaurant closed 2 hours before closing time with only two people left in line. Didn't get my 10 piece nugget, after waiting in line for ten minutes. Went there tonight, yes I understand it was late, about 11:30, but I work in a restaurant and get out between 1-3am after a 15 hour day 6days a week. The guy who took my order was rude, and my Homestyle chicken sandwich should come with tomato, lettuce, mayo and chicken. It had chicken, no mayo, day old clearly not healthy lettuce, and no tomato. Knowing you are fast food I don't have HIGH expectations but good customer service and actually giving people what they order would be nice and not much to ask for. read more

If I could give negative stars to this Wendy's I would but a one star will have to do. Called to complain about my order being wrong and that my fiancé's burger was basically mayonnaise a cold patty that was not fresh and a bun. Then I was asked "why do you keep coming back here if we keep messing up your order?!, Go fuck off and go to the Seabrook Wendy's! " And that we did!! We had the best experience at the Seabrook Wendy's!! Victoria who is the general manager of the Plaistow location was more than accommodating to help us out!! Went through the drive through, she was super rude taking my order, got to the window and kept rolling her eyes. I ordered a small frosty and chicken nuggets. A simple order. Took 15 minutes. As I was sitting there I noticed not a single person was wearing masks or gloves. During this time a mask should be required for people handling food. Just my opinion. read more

By far the best Wendy's I've been to and I've been to a lot of Wendy's, the manager brought us out a new batch of fries when my friend said *quietly* that there was very little salt on his fries. That is what I call good customer service. Also this Wendy's has the best food out of all the Wendy's in the north east. 10/10 would eat here again and will eat here again. I drove through this wendys in epping nh on Saturday Aug 8, 2015 at approximately 1 a.m. I thought they were open 24 hours. When I got to the speaker, I said, hello? Hello? Hello? And the response I received was, "we are f*cking closed." It's fine if you were closed, but is profanity really necessary and acceptable? F*ck no, it is not. I drove up to the Lee traffic circle Wendy's,, where they were more than delighted to serve me a Baconator combo meal at 130 a.m. Cheers to Lee Wendy's. Great staff, great food. I almost always come here when I'm on my lunch break. I come here so often that the people that work here already know what I want. When I order my food, it comes nice and fresh. My only real complaint is that the food is a little pricey. But I will still continue to eat here. read more

I've been to this Wendy's plenty of times, I work at a place close by so I go on break here sometimes. Most times I go the service is excruciatingly slow and they're always rude. Whenever I go on my thirty minute break here, I always come back 5-6 minutes late without even being able to eat. This Wendy's is 2-3 minutes away from my place of work. Today was the last time I'll be coming here regardless of the convenient location for my lunch break. Don't bother wasting your time here. read more
