The beef patty had a good sear but wasn't real juicy. Apparently the side of the day changes and today was watermelon which I thought was weird. The menu board above the kitchen passthrough looked overwhelmingly extensive. We took a step back to look it over for a while. Iven was there to educate us as we asked questions. I finally settled on one of the spuds (spud max). My wife decided on soup (Chicken Tortilla) no green onions topping, sandwich (French Dip) no cheese, and a side (Tomato and cucumber salad). Yes, she is very choosy when it comes to "what's in it" before eating something. What impressed me was the fact that a young lady emerged from the kitchen area and mentioned that the soup choice my wife made did in fact had an item in it that she asked not to have as a topping (green onion). Here I was left alone to make my spouses decision. Without going into all the details.... It was reported that the soup was great! After ordering you are handed a number that you place at the table of your choice, then it is brought out to you. Leave the dishes as it's cleaned up for you. They have 2 size drinks.... 32oz, and child size probably about 10oz. I suggest you take the time and check out the on-line menu before jumping in. Plain, nothing on them. we made no edits to anything we ordered, we didn't ask for any items to be removed but all items came with missing ingredients. I called and them and they told me that's how i ordered it, i looked at my receipt and no that was not how i ordered it. so we come in and nicely ask for our food to be made properly and explain what we ordered, showing them the receipt on the bag. the manager tries to tell us the western bbq burger doesn't come with the fried onions or barbecue unless you ask for it. hm, weird. because if i wanted a single stack burger i'd order that right? whatever, after a little bit of bickering he decided he will remake that burger but nothing else. my father tries his best to diffuse the situation as we approached them as nicely as we could to solve the problem (we work in food service too we get it) so he's trying to explain that maybe this is a misunderstanding from both employees side and customers side. Explaining that maybe this was something they need to take to their superiors to fix the website because what was advertised ingredient wise in the picture and caption is not what we got. We were missing bacon and sauces and key ingredients to our burgers. we received bread and meat. nothing else. the crew members decide to step in to argue and interrupt while we're explaining what happened, and call us names, saying we're wrong. That girl was ready to fight yet so clueless but looking for a reason to argue! she then proceeds to scoff and walk away saying "yall stupid as f***" i'm pretty sure she was just high. Poor poor attitude. Must be her first job or something but i've never seen somebody keep their job very long acting like that. manager was also rude to us from the start and refused to make the order over again until my father explained from his own personal work experience and working in the industry from mcdonald's to fine dining, that he's been in his shoes too. And after explaining about 8 solid times we just want our food how we ordered it on the app, he decided to remake the order. he did not want to help us at all at the start and they went 0-100 raising voices at us when we were SO nice about what happened. took 30 minutes to get out of there the second time after spending 30 minutes waiting for the food the first time. super unprofessional staff. however i gained a little respect for the manager after he finally decided to hear us out after 20 minutes and finally remake our food the way it's written on the menu. however you shouldn't have somebody with that poor of an attitude working the front, some customer service training is needed and maybe wearing press on nails + touching your hair aren't the smartest things to do when you're working with food.
