I counted 4 people working in the kitchen and 2 drive-thur person working the window and literally no one at the front counter for walk-ins. Stopped on my way home from work to grab a sandwich. Just a simple bacon cheeseburger. No fries. No drink. When I arrived, there was one car in the drive thru and one person inside who had already ordered. I was able to order right away, then got to wait. And wait. And wait. Thanks to my handy dandy Yelp app, I know that I waited 19 minites from the time I parked to the time I actually received my sandwich. Have tried ordering online four times in the last 10 months. Twice they never had anybody working, one time they said they wouldn't get the order for 15 to 20 minutes, and could not order my food at the drive-thru and pay outside of that. And the other time only one person was working on a Sunday dinner time and was still had to wait 15 minutes to make two hamburgers and an onion ring, after putting the order in 10 minutes prior to that., All times have been weekend either lunch or dinner times. I placed an order for a whopper with no tomato with cheese. I didn't get cheese on my sandwich I ask for ketchup I didn't get ketchup for my fries either. I'm on lunch from work so I can't come back and get a new sandwich at the moment. Last night I picked up a take out order, brought it home, it was the usual average quality Whopper and onion rings. Then the problem. For the second time in several months I became ill and vomited within a couple of hours after consuming my Burger King meal. It's the closest Burger King location to us, and to be honest we don't frequent BK a whole lot. We found our way here for our last visit due to the $1.49 ten piece chicken nuggets. Service was okay - not extremely attentive or fast - but, they got the order correct, so that's a plus. read more

Brian the manager on the night shift is the best. He is the definition of customer service. We ordered the tacos and they didn't have any. Instead of just saying "no" he offered an alternative and was very apologetic. Offered us extra sauce and was very kind. He just stood out to us. The staff is very disrespectful!! I was going through drive through and I went to the first window to pay for my meal. The guy tells me my amount but he was talking to other people with him. He never told me to move to the second then he yelled me to go like if I was the dumbest person on earth. I was starting to get pissed and then I waited. It took at least 25 minutes to get through the drive through and there was only 1 car ahead of me. To top it off the order was WRONG it wasn't even close. I had a $1 coupon so I thought I'd give the Grilled Classic Hot Dog a try ... I was honestly expecting it to be gross but I cannot believe how delicious this hot dog is probably because it really is grilled. It's not a fat oversized dog, it's a nice neat well grilled little dog with a slit on the top so it holds all the toppings... The toppings include fresh chopped onions, tasty relish, traditional mustard and ketchup- my only suggestion is to remove the ketchup, at least in the Chicago region! Even with the ketchup I thoroughly enjoyed the Classic Grilled Hot Dog! I have been to some pretty nasty BK's but I am happy to say this location is pretty good - the employees are very nice and polite and they rarely screw up my order. 4 stars for Burger King!
