I could see a lot of workers involved with the Drive-through window but no one assigned to wait on walk in customers. There were other people waiting too so I raised my best New York voice to call out 'Hello! Customers waiting!' and someone showed up. Disclaimer- I only go here for the occasional fish sandwich. Many times you have to park and wait a few minutes to receive that particular item but it's worth it as they are nice and fresh. I will say that they almost always put napkins in the takeout bag.
