We got there around 8am and first thing I noticed was the doors and windows were filthy. You'd think they would wipe them down at the end of the day. These looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. The facility had no high chairs and no changing table for infants. But the worst part was the one worker used the bathroom and did not wash their hands. I definitely won't be returning. read more

We stopped here for dinner tonight and we're a bit alarmed to see most of the people working the counter weren't wearing gloves, especially the person that was scooping fries. Also, as we sat in the dining room, we noticed that there must be something wrong with the exhaust fan over the broiler because the entire dining room is filled with smoke. Food was okay I guess. read more

Manager decided to close dine in after people had been waiting for 15 min. Stated he needed to send people home time was 8:12pm on a Thursday. The drive thru was so long it was going into the waffle house parking lot. A customer in front of me asked well can't you take the orders of the people that are already waiting. The Manager yelled something rude that I couldn't but i know he had some foul language to the person asking the question and followed it up by you can bite me. The person he was speaking two had his kid that seemed to be age 5 and another kid probably around 12 and wife. I assume the age of his kids because they seemed to be the same age as my kids, who was also present. I will say they had a lady in there who notice my 5 year old wanting a BK crown and she put one together for my son and was very pleasant. Apparently this manager has had issues in the past. The state of his hygiene, how he present himself, and how he spoke to customers really surprised me that a person like that could be a manager. If you have time to sit down Waffle house is a better place to eat with your family in Dublin VA. read more

We waited10+ minutes in line at the register before being waited on, and we were the first of only two families in line. The food took forever as well (nearly 12 minutes for two combos). Even though the restuarant was not busy (as seen in the pick that I took just after receiving my food), it was very dirty-esp. the tables. The bathrooms were also dirty and not stocked. We are locals, but we will not be back until we hear that management concerns have been addressed. read more

Burger King - The nonexistent line - shows why the wait times were so unacceptable. - Burgers Near Me - Dublin, Virginia

This place never has anything on their menu. I think someone should sue this shithole for never having the stuff they advertise. Every Burger King I've been to is out of key ingredients for their highly advertised items both lunch and breakfast. Honestly how are they still in business? The managers should be fired! read more

Wow, best bacon double cheeseburger that I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The fries were hot and perfect as well. Plus, right off the Interstate, EZ off, EZ on. And, the woman taking the order was very friendly and polite. Thanks! read more

Horrible customer service. Girl at the window was extremely rude. She had her mask around her neck instead of her face. She didn't give me my drink and when I ask, she turned around and screamed into the restaurant where is my coke!? She finally cracks the window open and shoves it out to me.. Without a word and slams the window shut. read more

This is literally the worst restaurant i've ever eaten, it's a disgusting grease basket with even greasier food that tastes awful. i can't stand to eat here and i don't know how people enjoy this. read more

Ended up at Burger King after sitting in Wendy's thru line for 10 minutes and Wendy's putting the cones in front of our car and not having the common courtesy to tell me the car in front of me was the last car they were serving. Anyways it all worked out because I had a great meal at Burger King. read more

Literally found hair and mold in all our food...the chicken sandwich tasted really funny and I immediately stopped eating...pretty sure the person who was serving us was on something as well (whether it be weed or Xanax), as I had to repeat myself several times as he stared me blank in the face in silence...definitely not planning on going back. read more

If it is after 9pm dont bother, staff is always trying close early and precooks much of the food, fries and tenders are always cold. They are almost always out of something, managment is poor at best and it reflects in the staff. read more

my burger was cold. the cheese wasn't even melted. it probably has something to do with the fact that it is 50 degrees in here. the thermostat on the wall says its 50 degrees. I asked one of the employees about it close to a month ago and she said its been a problem for awhile now. the only reason we come here is so the kids can play. eating cold food is just not worth it. i have to say the staff is better. about 2 years ago i left a 1 star review because of how discusting this place was and i sropped eating here for about a year. but i recently started coming back. the staff is nicer and cleaner. if they fix the heat they might get another star. read more

Typical Burger King. But staff is always friendly. Never a bad time. Always some great coupons in the mail. Chicken fries aren't that great. But that's Chain wide. read more

If you like surprises eat here because you're not going to get what you ordered . Last 3 visits wrong orders , stale buns and onion rings

Absolutely the worst BK we've ever been in. It took 20 minutes to get chicken fries, fries, a salad, 2 burgers and there was no one else ordering! All the employees kept complaining about having to work - it was 7pm on a Sun night. There was one other couple eating in the restaurant at the time. One person went thru the drive thru. On top of that they got the order wrong! read more
