I always wonder why everyone complain about this location in Diamondhead and now I know why. The service was horrible. Half the items I wanted to order was out and when I did get my order it was incomplete. I ordered a Peppercorn Whooper and they did not have the sauce or the Swiss cheese. So, the left the sauce off and substituted regular American cheese instead and didn't let me know until I brought it back to complain about my order. I also ordered the BBQ Maple bacon whooper and it barely had any of the fried onions and jalapenos. The BBQ sauce tasted burnt. Both meat patties were so overcooked and tasteless. It did not have the same old broil flavor like it use to have. The French fries, jalapeno cheddar poppers and cinnamon apple pie were all greasy and cooked in old oil. You know that old oil taste does not taste good at all. The service was the worst I've ever had at a fast food place. Waited 20 - 30 minutes for the food they didn't have and then waited another 20 minutes for the manager to fix the issue. You shouldn't charge someone for something you don't have and hope they don't comeback to complain about it. The workers at this location need a lot more training and it shows. My friends and I were traveling back to Florida from New Orleans. We stopped at Burger King to have lunch. We were greeted by the friendly staff as soon as we walked through the door. Our cashier was very nice and offered pleasant conversation while we waited for our food. I had not had a Whopper for years. My burger was served hot and the toppings were fresh. The onion rings were delicious! I also enjoyed a chocolate milkshake. Our table was clean as well as the bathrooms. Which is always important as you never know what you're going to encounter on a road trip;) Service was fast and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. I would recommend this Burger King. I think sometimes fast food chains get a bad rap. Don't get me wrong there are several fast food locations I will avoid. But it is typically the location and not all of the chains as there are still some decent ones out there. read more

Today is January the 2nd 2025. We went into BK in Diamondhead Ms. The young cashier asked what we wanted to order. I gave her the coupon for 2 Whopper combos. I told her we wanted the burgers fresh off the grill and freshly cook fries. The Whoppers were terrible. The lettuce was wilted. The tomatoes were the size of a 50 cent piece with only 2 per sandwich. One small strip of onion. The pickles were on one side of the sandwich. The fries were not hot. Eddie D is right in his review. We don't plan to eat at BK anymore. We will not recommend it to anyone. Nobody would eat here if it wasn't for the coupons. The outlook for BK is not very good. One star is all and that's being generous. read more

Giving 2 stars because our food order was fast, hot and correct. BUT the bathrooms were dirty and there was no changing table in either of the bathrooms so we had to change my child on the bench seats. The high chairs were also pretty dirty and you could tell they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The windowsill was also dirty. While we were eating we watched a few ants trying to carry a half dead fly away. So maybe if you want to stop here just take the drive thru. read more

You will have faster service if you go through the drive through. They do not care for their dining room customers period, took about 30 minutes to get our food and I saw 8 cars come and go long before we got our food. Rating based on a fast food scale....lol..ok? Hit and miss. One must go during peak times to b ensure freshnes. They took my ice cream vone order via drive thru... got to the window and they told me it would be a few minutes and to drive forward. I did. Pitiful - stopped of highway to get a nice warm Burger King burger - running late for something so didn't check order before pulling out - I knew it was a mistake. An simple 5 item order - didn't get the Chicken Nuggets the kids ordered - just great. The two whoppers were actually room temperature. Pretty pathetic . I hit up this location about as often as the one on 90 in the Bay. I have yet to get bad service and my food has always been hot and fresh. Last time in (just a couple of nights ago) had a new person on the register who did quite well considering it was her first night and was quite literally thrown to the wolves because she was basically flying solo (manager on duty was working DT and was quick to help the couple of times she was needed). Only reason for knocking off 1 star is I asked for no pickles on two of the three whoppers and person making the sandwiches put pickles even though they marked wrapper as not having them. read more

This burger king needs to update their menu. I was very parched and wanted a strawberry banana smoothie but no, instead i get a " we don't have smoothies". I always feel broke after visiting this Burger King. Not sure if the prices are higher than regular BK's but it feels like it. Fries are just OK, I only get the O-rings. Not the cleanest BK but good enough. Difficult to get in and out being the traffic. Good place to stop on a road trip but after living next to the restaurant for 6 years I'm rather burned out on BK. We just stopped here on a road trip to use the bathroom. There was an employee in the women's restroom cleaning it. We witnessed her walk out of the restroom and she didn't wash her hands after cleaning the toilets. Needless to say, we didn't get anything to eat. So gross!! read more

The most inconsistent fast food chain has found some consistency at this location. Unfortunately, this location is consistently disappointing. On this visit, the Crispy Chicken sandwich was fried in oil that had not been changed/filtered for who knows how long. The color alone (dark, but not from being overcooked) showed this and the greasy taste backed it up. Even the soda machine had Diet Coke that tasted as being beyond its expiration date. Yes, there is an expiration date on sodas. Every visit at this location has one thing or another ending up as a disappointment. I just returned from the Diamondhead Burger King. I was at the drive through waiting on my order (triple whopper and chicken sandwich). I was asked to pull forward and wait, because the chicken wasn't ready. I watched 5 cars order, get their food and depart while waiting. 15 to 20 minutes into my wait, a late 40's to late 50's short haired white lady finally comes to my car with my order. I said " as long as I've had to wait, you should've offered a discount or returned my money, thank you". She said fuck you...!!! I wanted to get out of the car and thump her skull, but realized I was in a no win situation. Never will I go there again and I'll keep posting this on every site I can find.
