Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I gave the store in 5 points a benefit of the doubt. When I walked into the store immediately the smell of sewer greeted me , the soda machine was out of order and rusty . the staff were sloppy and have no idea of what it is the appearance of wanting to be at work. read more

I ordered a large order on the app 30 mins before arriving and they didn't start it until i got there. had to wait an additional 30 mins for our food. They didn't have the drinks i ordered on line and to top it off no straws. This place is ran by incompetent people. It needs either new management or needs to be shut down. Put a better food chain here. read more

The outside of the restaurant was already unsettling but I gave it at fair chair because personally I love burger king but the inside was completely filthy and disgusting it smelled like mold when you walk in and the manager was extremely rude and didnt seem to care that the lobby looked messy she was more concerned about her pizza she ordered the food took forever and it was very lack luster and disappointing all in all Food 2.5 out of 10 Service 1.0 out of 10 Ambiance 0 out of 10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND UNTILL THEY FIX PROBLEMS read more

I recently visited the Burger King in Five Points, Corpus Christi, my wife had downloaded the Burger King app, and I haven't had a Whoppep for a long time. The Whopper was delicious and made perfectly and it was as satisfying as I remembered. The Burger King app made the already affordable prices even cheaper, making it a great deal. The restaurant was spotless, It was set up like a traditional Burger King. The cleanliness of the establishment added to my comfort and enjoyment of the meal. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the fast and friendly service. The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. If you're in the mood for Burger King and highly recommend five points read more

My whole burger was filled with mold, but it only added flavor with hints of salt and moist feeling in my mouth, although I got extremely food sick. But that only makes me stronger, thanks burger king. The cashier called me "a stupid fat man" and it encouraged me to hit the gym more. Kids ran around unattended and I accidentally smacked one atop the head and gave him a skull fracture. Overall beat day I ever had in my miserable life(P.S. fries had toe nail clippings, hair, and smelled like pee) read more

I love this burger king it's so clean and employees are great Thisb Burger king changed a lot i hasn't been Here in a long time but it's great and clean read more

By far the nastiest Burger King I have ever been in! It was hot, filthy, sticky and down right nasty! The bathroom was disgusting. Even the meat was not like the usual Burger King standard! I would give zero stars if I could! read more

One star is too many. Stopped by this location around 9p to pick up an order for someone else. We waited 25 minutes while the manager complained about how short staffed the next day would be, while making food for friends instead of taking care of customers who already paid. The bathrooms smelled like a two week old port-a-pot that had been sitting at the county fair in 100° temps. At least they were cleaner than the counters where food was being prepared. Workers handling food without gloves on. People coming in and walking right back out. It was that nasty. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

Arrived at 7:50pm and was told ice cream machine was already down for the night. That reall doesn't make any sense to me. Just seems like they didn't wanna bother with it was the impression I got. After reading all these reviews I'm sure that was it. read more

Smells like sewage inside. I've got food poisoning twice from this place. The first time I thought maybe it was a coincidence but nope. This location needs to be shut down. read more

Staff is rude. Gilbert is extremely rude. Should be replaced. Gilbert gave off attitude after other staff gave wrong code to the latrine. Tried to blame me after. read more

This restaurant is attached at nasty gas station. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, it's dirty. I turned around and walked out.

Terrible experience. On lunch break I get in drive through and order the double bacon specialty burger meal and a whopper meal large with sweet tea and a sprite. They said they don't have large cups but will give me large fries. I pull up behind the person at the pay window and wait a solid 17 min. Once he leaves I pull up to drive through window and pay $21 and the cashier asks me what I ordered. I repeat what I had and they give me a bag with two sandwiches in it and two sweet teas, and say have a good day. I say I'm sorry I should have large fries in here for my meals. They said oh I'm so sorry and took the bag back and gave me two small fries. I didn't notice until I had already left. The cook had to remake my order when I first pulled up because they gave it away to the wrong person. I get home and start eating and the sandwich barely has any cheese or sauce. It's nearly dry. I definitely won't be coming back, not because the people are rude or anything, but simply because the quality and standards of service are absolutely subpar read more

Do not go here, they were making the food with their bare hands and obviously saw nothing wrong with it. Never going here again after that as it has been fine in the past :/ read more

Went here and sat in line 45 minutes at the drive through behind others. Come to find out no one was working the window or preparing food. Tried again days later and the manager had rage quit. What a crock! read more

Why do they have their employees working in such a hot workplace I mean i was sweating just standing in there not even five minutes.

Have it THEIR way...... Yet another order wrong in the drive thru. Somehow mustard and ketschup only..... No other sauces became mustard and mayo. Hubby hates mayo. Only two buegers ordered you'd think getting them right would be easy. Not at this Burger King! read more

Dine in was closed not sure if it's always closed but went to drive thru. They made me wait well over five min till I decided to leave, there were zero cars in the drive thru. We've been there once before and food was cold and waited over 25 min. We thought that long we would get fresh hot fries. Not enjoyable at all. Corporate needs to come in and fix this location up. I would not recommend, I would reconsider once Corporate cleans house. read more

The entire restaurant smelt disgusting! This isn't an exaggeration. It smelt like fecal matter. I immediately lost my appetite and left. I wouldn't order food and definitely wouldn't eat here. I wouldn't trust it. read more

We stop by on our way back to Houston. They are soooo slow, it took 30min to get 4 burgers. This lady at the drive thru was rude, no manners what so ever. Staff should be replaced or trained better. We will NEVER stop by again!! This place is terrible, very dirty, needs a complete makeover including the staff. read more

We stopped here on the way to S Padre last week. We waited approximately 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, fries and a Whopper. One of the orders of fries was missing, so we had to go back in. The food was hot and fresh. The inside of the restaurant was messy. No condiments or napkins were in the bag. We stopped again on the way back from S Padre today. We didn't wait as long for food this time, but they did leave something out of the order again. From the 10 minutes I stood there, that seemed to be a trend. Nobody's order was complete. The employees are kind, but seem overwhelmed despite the fact that it wasn't very busy. Maybe it's lack of training and organization. The office door was open and is was a wreck. This restaurant has the feel of chaos. I went next door to Bill Miller's because the BK bathroom was scary. I'll just eat at Bill Miller's if we stop at this exit again. The 3 stars are for the food being fresh. read more

I was forced to go hear cuz my pregnant wife wanted spicy stiff and BK was the only place open. I arrived late enough for them to be open but also put everything away as well preparing for end of night. These poor guys made food to amazing quality and threw in a pie for my wife. I hated BK but Calallens location changed mind. I am really appreciative of the steps they went above and beyond for my pregnant wife read more

I usually don't do reviews but let me tell you I started coming back around to this location and they have a new manager and she's very polite i think her name was Tammy or something her customer service was excellent one of the better managers they've had in awhile some of them were just borderline rude and didn't care too much about the customers hopefully she stays around because I only waited about 5 minutes all together to order and get my hot and fresh food and they were even a little busy too she needs a raise I'll keep coming back for her read more

I've never seen a dirtier Burger King and the food is terrible. My sandwich was $5 and they wouldn't even give me a slice of tomato (clearly pictured on the sandwich in the menu) without paying again. Keep driving, there's something better. read more

Waited 20 minutes for cold chicken. Not exaggerating in the slightest. It was just room temperature, it was still COLD. Beside the food the restaurant is DISGUSTING. I Cant believe health agency hasn't shut them down. Do not eat here! Go to McDonald's. read more

If i could rate it a 0 i would, they always forget something, and one time there was a guy that was extremely rude at the window

If I could give no stars, I would. Waited thirty minutes for my family's food. The drive home is about 25 minutes. Got home to discover every single burger I ordered for my family was made wrong. i would love to go in to complain to a manager but what good would it do? They don't care about the business. read more

The drive-thru line took forever to get through two cars, one of which was mine. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. There is another burger place up the street. I recommend there. read more

Went here to order chicken fries, and they did not tell me until I pulled up to the 2nd window that they were only taking cash. I asked the employee if they could enter in my credit card manually, and the young employee asks, "what do you mean?" I then proceed to tell her how, and she goes and speaks with the manager or team leader. She then tells me, "yeah, no we don't do that." I hate to be that person to complain, but this was ridiculous. Maybe I worked customer service myself too long, but there shouldn't be an excuse to not enter credit card information manually. Likewise, if you don't know what you're doing, don't be working. It's as simple as that. read more

We just picked up some food and drinks from there and they were awful, the drinks were not carbonated, the fries were old and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, my husband specially asked for fresh fries and came home with these, everything was awful!!! Don't think we'll go back, we stopped going once b4 and then decided to try it again and this what we got! read more

Worst Burger King I've ever been too, asked for a burger and the order was all messed up the burger itself was cold the buns were hard and the employees were just chitchatting, the only good thing was the coke I got that's about it, don't recommend it at all, someone needs to get fired if not the whole staff.. read more

Its horrible how they do business there the restaurant is deplorable and I had to use a epi pen due to jalapeño being placed on my wopper I would never recommend this place unless you wanted to get sick read more

This place was DEPLORABLE, filthy and just plain dirty. Food was luke warm and was old tasting. The restroom was disgusting and foul, smelled of sewage. STAY CLEAR from here. read more

I've been here many times before. I think it's okay with the occasional problems. In the past I noticed that their soda machine didn't work properly and it would come out too watery. But, it seems to have been fixed since then. However, I just went there again in order to get their limited edition shake and they said they were out of shakes. The whole point of us going there was for the shake. They also acted weird about some coupon acting like they needed to know the code on it which I've never been asked for in my entire life of using coupons anywhere. So, we left. I usually only go there for a cheap lunch on the dollar menu, but it's not really the kind of place that I would choose to go to normally. read more

Stopped by Monday 1/6/20 at 6:16pm at drive thru for a quick bite while on way to an appointment. Ordered two meals. A mustard whopper combo and a crispy chicken combo. Made it to our destination and planned on eating before the meeting. Pulled out my burger and it was a mess. My burger Missing ingredients and it looked horrible and sloppy. Like as if it might have been dressed wrong and the condiments scraped off. The wrapper looked like it had been used before. My wife's cHicken had half a jar of mayonnaise inside the sandwich and squirted out to the sides. Just horrible. The fries were fresh but the sandwiches seemed recycled. I tried calling them and the machine says the number is disconnected. I'm at work today (next day) so I'm sure the manager will be gone by the time I get off. Just horrible, food. The employees were just wandering around and laughing in there. Would really like to have my money back for that sloppy mess. Zero Stars !!! Wouldn't let me post until I selected a star. read more

Ok first things first, just like all burger joints Burger King is damn satisfying! I know I am speaking for many people when I say working in the food service industry isn't easy or stress free. It requires hard work from every employee! This Burger King in particular is rather small and happens to share parking with a gas station that is connected. I will gladly be the first to say that just about every bad review you can read on this location is a damn lie! Every time I go in for a meal and that includes the drive thru I am always greeted professionally by some one, I'm always shown professional hospitality and I think the only problem with this location is the damn guests themselves! Always I am witnessing a team member/employee being disrespected and verbally accosted by the guest! This Burger King has outstanding employees, great team work, perfect hospitality, and way too little respect and gratitude shown in return! I live less than two miles from this BK, I know what I'm saying to be accurate and true! I think it's very likely that the individuals who have posted these reviews are bullys and cowards! And I really want those kind of individuals to stop disrupting my experience and go be miserable and hateful elsewhere! Thank you to the employees of this BK and if i; and I do quote this "had it my way" I would have all these bull crap reviews deleted from the web! Peace out every one! I'm going to BK!!!! read more
