Stopped by on the way to work, sadly Sonic doesn't take pay in 2024 how crazy is that!! luckily chick fil a was a roads away and took all forms of payment l! The girl in training outside ,I believe her name is Elisa, was absolutely remarkable i was impressed and baffled! She was amazing! And did I mention in training! She actually recommended the iced mocha cold brew coffee . And when I took my first sip ,let me tell you! She knew her business!!! And she will have my business back! Now to get to the food.. 10/10 No flies , very HOT ,crunchy and FRESH! Not to mention the workers were all super friendly it was kind of a shock how nice they all were. Everyone we saw smiled and greeted I haven't never experienced this kind of fast food environment in my life. I hope corporate sees this and gives them an award. 10/10 read more

Went to chic fil a on 1-12-24 and had a big order and the went to do the reward on the receipt and went to plug it in it said it had already been used and we went in to talk to the manger because who else besides his workers could have used it.And he was no help saying that it happens to everyone and that it even happened to him.And when we told him that this a Christian owned fast food place and how this is stealing from a Christian company and he said why use the word steal and had a very snarky attitude and a very smart mouth about this situation Karwan ghafour is the manger at this place. If something happens expect nothing to be done about it. Disappointed from a place we casually eat at. read more

Fly infested place!!! I was driving by and my toddler was hungry. I asked for diet lemonade and she made a regular. I then told her diet, then she start talking (name tag said Elvira coach) to the cashier next to her and she has her fingers inside of my cup....pretty gross but I didn't want to complain again. I saw at least 20 flies around the cashiers and for $15....i would recommend a steak house instead. read more

Second visit. Lunchtime. Arrived at 12:20. It was very busy. Ordered to carry out and we were back in the car by 12:27!! The order was correct. The chicken was great and the fries were perfectly cooked with no little bits and pieces. Finally tried the Mac and cheese and it was incredible. Good job CFA. Keep it up!! read more

Our server Elisa Colunga, was very helpful, nice, and always optimistic when handing out orders to customers.

Literally the worst chick fil a I've ever stopped at. They filled both of my fries up half way.. they were not hot and soggy as hell. Who wants soggy fries ? Not me. And out zero napkins in my bag. read more

I'm so happy with the service and everything about our new Chick-Fil-A here in Calallen, Tx. They always get you through the drive through quickly and without any problems!! That is amazing service. If only everyone was as good!! I enjoy the food of course, it's fresh and prepared right but I'm a huge iced tea fan!! I tend to go by everyday if only for tea!! read more

What can I say? You can't go wrong with this food. Always fresh and good, great staff

Great Chick-fil-A! The staff are super friendly (especially Elizabeth!) and the food is always good.

Breakfast! What a joke! A nugget on a biscuit! Ordered the #1 breakfast for my wife and I. My nugget covered 1/2 the biscuit. My wife's was smaller than a McDonald's nugget. Biscuits were dry and salty. Waste of $6. read more

I placed an order and received the wrong salad . I had already gotten home and didn't want to go back . I called and spoke to Victoria and she said she would send me a rewards so I could get it later . I never got the rewards I went through the drive-through two weeks later and I spoke to that girl Victoria she said she remembered me and the situation because I'm allergic to strawberries and she said I remember you but I don't have you on my list and I told her I never received my rewards she said she can't look at my rewards so therefore she could not give me the salad that I had already paid for very disappointing . For one salad she lost a customer. Basically in a nutshell I only had 24 hours witch she had never said that to me ! Treated badly at this Chick-fil-A!!! read more

I love how quickly & efficiently they get you through the line. I just wished they had more vegetarian/vegan options on their menu, I must say employees have always been accommodating, kind & patient when it came to recommending vegetarian options. Also I do wish they would fill up the fries all the way to the top rather than just half way.. read more

This review is NOT FOR CHICK-FIL-A as an amazing delicious fast food establishment that my family loves. It is for the rude and very unprofessional woman manager working right now. Went through the drive through with my husband, I got a Cobb salad and my husband got a #1. Three bites into my salad, I bit a tiny rock with my front teeth. Luckily it did not chip my tooth. After inspection, it looked like a small piece of granite, specks and different colors. WE DID NOT WANT A THING for this lunch hindrance, but just to let the restaurant know it happened. The above mentioned manager came out, looked at, scoffed and said "that's your wife's tooth!" Dismissed my husband's attempt to avoid a bigger crisis and she walked off. Another employee apologized for the managers poor attitude. Had it actually been my tooth she would have been in a much worse situation. A simple "thank you" and "we'll look into it" would have been sufficient. This review wouldn't have even happened if you would have handled this issue better. Hope this review is read by the right people. Just a note... the boy taking our order in the drive through, red head, who said "Have a blessed day", thank you! You made that bad experience much better. read more

I honestly can't express how wonderful this location is. The food is always fresh and delicious and most of all, the service is just outstanding. Kind, courteous. You don't find much of that in the food/service industry which really is sad. read more

The sweet kids you have working tonight were great. Fast, proficient, professional, we threw them a curveball and paid our ticket half cash half card and they handled it quickly without hesitation or mix up. (We forgot to keep the orders separate) Each worker said yes sir and no mam. These are the kinds of morals and manners adolescences warrant these days and tonight every member of the chick-fil-a team shined. Managers please reward them accordingly for their hard work. read more

I am so disappointed by this Chick-fil-A. My family and I LOVE Chick-fil/A as a company. We eat there very frequently (sometimes mire than 1x per week. We were so excited when this one was opening up. Unfortunately, this branch is not up to the Chick-fil-A standard at all, and someone needs to step in immediately and fix this before they ruin Chick-fil-A for people who don't know better. The drive through line is slow compared to any other Chick-fil-A. The food is almost always under cooked. I usually get soggy fries, and on 3 occasions I've received a chicken sandwich with raw meat in the thicker areas. I ordered a side salad, and the salad had mud all over the leaves. I told the lady busting tables and she replaced it, but I was too grossed out to eat the new salad since it likely came from the same batch. This is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever been to that uses McDonald's style ketchup packets. Many of the employees are not up to Chick-fil-A standard either, and can be pretty rude. I have been completely ignored while waiting for a refill, or a pick up order, even when it is not busy. The employees walk past you, and they clearly see you, but everyone seems to have a "that's not my job" mentality and won't acknowledge a customer in the pick up line. I don't like to complain at a restaurant, especially Chick-fil-A (because of all they do for our officers and community- it truly is my family's favorite place to go eat) but I really think this needs to be said. Hopefully the new owners are reading reviews daily, as they should be, and will make changes soon. read more

Always wanted a chick fil a in Calallen but every time I go they forget something on my order and I have to go back and get it. Just wanted to write a quick review about my experience last night. They were a bit backed up in the drive through so the workers came back and said that it may be a little while, definitely not a big deal. I wanna say we waited maybe 5 minutes which wasn't bad at all, but when we pulled up to the window for the food they gave us a free ice cream and lemonade to apologize for the inconvenience. They sure know how to treat their customers! read more
