First car pulled away and after the prompt to order I was told to wait. After 10 minutes I spoke to ask for an update, got NO RESPONSE. PULLED AROUND TO THE PAY WINDOW AND SAW NO ONE THERE AND BOXES STACKED UP. PULLED UP TO THE PICK-UP WINDOW AND SAW NO ONE THERE OR AT THE FRONT COUNTER. The customer service is always top-notch when I visit this particular location. My food is always exactly how I ordered. Also, it seems to have been cooked fresh. Well done, team! After sitting in the dive through line go 20 minutes with NO movement I tried calling. No answer, and I could not drive around because they had that blocked off. Either everyone inside was dead, or they were totally ignoring the drive-through line. Horrible, horrible horrible service. read more

Cold burger. Cold fries. Nuggets were cold and looked like they were several hours old. Half the lobby was clean, while half was dirty. It looked like they got halfway done and just gave up.And they weren't busy, so it wasn't like they just had to stop because of a rush. Had to deal with my bank. Tried calling Burger King to speak to manager. No one answers. Called five times. I get home, there is a bacon and egg croissant,no cheese,and 1 sausage and egg croissant. Tell me how a person can get this wrong. It's not like they were busy !! Last time I went in the drivethru I was stuck in it for over 30 minutes (which is NOT unusual at this location, sadly.) Today I ordered delivery and it has been over and hour and it's saying it will still take another half hour at the least for it to be delivered. I live a TWO MINUTE drive away. Horrendous management, please fire whoever the general manager is, this restaurant needs desperate help. Also please stop calling it the "impossible whopper," the Georgian Burger Kings sell veggie patties under the Impossible brand name and that's 100% illegal. Never once have I recieved an Impossible patty when ordering the impossible whopper, they simply have up-charged the veggie patty an extra $6 for no reason and it's corrupt. Please do not eat here. The workers are putting something in the food there. Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich and was afraid of what I took a bite of. I immediately spite it out and rinsed my mouth. It tasted like a chemical. I knew something was wrong after I thought about what happened in the drive thru. A tall male worker with dreads and a short female worker were standing so close to the window like they were trying to hide something. I did not think it was anything at the moment but after I got home and took a bite of my sandwich iit started to come together. I ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon cheeseburgers. When I opened the bacon cheeseburgers no bacon. The bacon was on the chicken sandwich which I did not order... there was an unusual amount of Mayo on the chicken sandwich also like they we're trying to hide something. Home of the Whopper. That's the Burger King difference. The Whopper with no cheese, and no mayo is still one of my favorite hamburgers in the world b/c it's charbroiled, not fried. This particular location has some cool workers and a very convenient drive thru. Very close to where I work so it'll most likely become a regular spot for me. Thank you for being here Burger King! I hope you do very well. "Your way, right away, at Burger King now." The one negative that I noticed is that their drive thru can be a little slow, so if you're in a hurry, you may want to skip the drive thru and instead go inside to order. Other than that, this location is great! 3.0015 stars rounded up makes Burger King of Conyers 4 solid yelp stars for me! read more

After a long day at work without eating, something told me to go somewhere else but I was so hungry I pulled go into the nearest place that didn't serve chicken wings and spent a little over 30 for myself and the family. They messed the order up twice... the same order. with all cold fries and i never received the $10 burger I payed for, once I made it inside they said I could change it to another burger cause Burger King no longer sales the burger I picked that's on the drive through menu. If it's no longer for sale, why have it up on the menu and charge for it. That would've been the time to let someone know It's no longer available. But stuff happens, no biggie. After picking another meal that was in fact cheaper than my original.. they still didnt give me the Correct burger. The girl I saw at the counter asked if I still wanted the receipt and I replied, " nahh, as long as everything is ok now, we should be all good." As she assured me it was, she threw I'm the receipt away. ( and I paid by card so I will be speaking to someone about this transaction on Monday 10/10/22) Something told me to check while I was in the store to make sure or even in the car but I was pretty sure they got it right. I made it all the way home with yet, another burger I didn't order. But was so hungry I had to eat something And I stay 30 mins from the store so there was no wasting gas going back to raise hell.
