I usually like Burger King, but this location is bad. I ordered a "Wopper" through their app with the restaurant pickup, and usually, it works well. I arrived at the location and informed them of my order. They said it was being packed up, so it would be a few minutes. So, 10 minutes later, I still didn't get my mobile order yet. They looked, and it was in the corner waiting for me to arrive. That was bad, but I just let it pass! However, when I returned home, the "Wopper" like some day old burger! I took a bite and it was terrible! It was dry and tasteless! My dog didn't even want it. One sniff, and he walked away. Last time, I will ever visit this Burger King location. This is a great on the go location even though it's next door to competitors such as Popeye's Chicken and McDonald's. The line for drive-thru today wasn't long at all at 12:30. I ordered a cheeseburger to go and it served its purpose for my lunch. When I have a choice it's always Burger King since I like the charbroiled taste. The parking lot was clean. Everyone becareful when you use your credit card at the drive thru here. I was charged twice for my order. They had my card about 3 minutes and then gave it back. I was using my PayPal credit card and received 2 different transactions alerts for the same amount on my phone while waiting. I pulled back into burger king and went inside and told her that I was charged twice. She said no way and I showed her. She then looks at my receipt and grabs the copy and says there is no other receipts for another charge? Made no sense. I said I will be back when I get a double charge and she said good luck, bring a receipt. Well I was double charged soI filed a report and PayPal refunded me in my favor.
