This location can really be hit or miss, it's like night and day. A couple of times nice, hot fresh breakfast as you would expect. This morning luke warm croissants and the hash rounds were stone cold! That was within two minutes of leaving the drive-thru menu. I should have driven back to them with it but we were headed out of town and didn't have the time. Not the first time this has happened here. With it this inconsistent we've turned to....nope. Most of the time when I take my kids to this location it is a great experience. I understand it's hard to find good help now, since covid and the whole year of 2020, but when I ask how many chicken fries are in an order (the young girl says 9), I show her the box with 7 and 1/2 and she calls it 8 (with attitude) then asks if I want 1 more. My child is an autistic teen, he likes chicken fries so I make sure he gets what he's paying for to help him understand what is not ok. The manager on duty was super nice, gave me a whole, new order and apologized for the error. I told her it wasn't a big deal, just looking out for my child. I offered to give the small order back. (They don't take food mistakes back.) We will go back, one 'not great' experience doesn't ruin the whole business. (Included a pic of the box of chicken fries, looks a little empty.) read more

Honestly, it was actually a nice visit for somewhat of a truck stop. I'm not the biggest fan of Burger King, but I really enjoyed the food, and the service was amazing. A really nice worker (not sure of her name, but a high school girl) was cleaning and made sure to compliment everyone. I heard her say to one older woman she liked her coat, and when the girl came to our table she said she liked me and my mother's hair. (we just got our hair done right before we came there, so it was very nice to hear). Overall it was great food. I had a whopper, onion rings, and a cherry icee. The girl offered this sauce (Zesty sauce I think is what it's called?) for the onion rings, she said it tasted like blooming onion, I tried it, and it was very interesting, and of course zesty. There was only one mishap, my mother didn't get onions on her whopper, when she asked for no pickles (it had no pickles on it). I find this Burger King to be better than the other one in town. read more

This is the worst Burger King franchise location I've been to. Every time I visit this location there is something that is not how it should be. Anymore if the problem is just simply that my burger is cold, I'm okay with that. Usually they get the order wrong, or worse. I was at the drive-thru on May 27th. 2019, and had already paid for my order with my credit card. My order was bagged and ready, but the employee (Stacey) told me I had not paid. I was not about to pay again, but I really had no way to prove that I had already paid either. She refused to give me the order, and I refused to pay again, so we were at a deadlock. Vehicles were being held up behind me, and a really obnoxious guy in a truck was laying on his horn non-stop. I asked Stacey if I could give here my name, phone number, address, copy of drivers license, or whatever since I have lived here locally my entire life, and in turn maybe she could let me have my food order and if it is later determined that the store had truly not received payment, then I will gladly come in and make it right. She said absolutely not! By now a few vehicles had got tired of waiting and pulled out of line and left. I asked her again to please just take down my information, give me the order, and we will sort it out later, and told her she's losing customers over this thing and it would be in her best interest, but whatever...I was not going to convince her. She said "No, because she didn't want to get fired". Well I was not going to pay twice so I finally decided to just leave and take the issue to someone higher up than her the next day. After getting home, I pulled up my credit card info online, and sure enough...I was billed for my order. I did call in to let them know, and apparently they had also by then figured out that yes I had actually paid. They offered me a refund of the $10 order and some free food. The whole thing was handled very poorly, and yes I may be stubborn, but I knew I was right and was not going to budge. I couldn't care less about the $10, it's just the principle of the way it was handled. And by the way, there was never an apology or admission of a mistake on their part. I haven't gone back yet for my refund. Maybe they are waiting to apologize then. lol. By the way, the other Burger King in Clinton, on 2nd street, is awesome. From now on I will just take the extra time to drive across town to go to the one on 2nd street. They are much friendlier and go the extra mile to get it right. read more

I visited this Burger King on 7/25/13 and ordered 3 ice cream cones through the drive thru. A car was parked at the window and we sat behind this car for 5-10 minutes. I pulled out of line and went inside to find out what the problem was. I was told they were having a major problem with the order of the car ahead of us. I told I was a former fast food restaurant manager and they should've asked the car to pull aside so the other cars behind could get their orders. I sure hope they learned a lesson from today's problem. read more
