We stop in here when we are in town as it's our kids/grandkids favorite spot. We had a party of 7 ( 3 kids) Hubs wanted to try the dry rub for the first time (he loved how crispy they are) and I had a grilled chicken wrap. The kids ordered primarily mac & cheese and french fries and a cheeseburger. Service was super friendly, but I will say it was also very slow today, not sure why as the place was not very busy. We enjoyed playing the trivia games with the kids and our food was all tasty, although I will say my side salad felt like the lettuce wasn't fresh. It wasn't discolored or anything. It just wasn't that fresh texture so I didn't eat much of it. I did appreciate that I could get grilled chicken on the wrap and it was more like a pulled chicken, which I actually appreciated. Manager Tammy went above and beyond while super busy helping my family. I tried to give her a $10 bill and she stated that she was a manger and that's what she's there to do and can not accept a tip. I said take the $10 and she said no. Great person and employee. Would hire Tammy tomorrow if she wanted to leave her job! read more

Came here for the first time and our waitress took care of us. We had 2 tables with a total of 9 people and our food and drinks came out pretty fast. The food prices here compared to the mainland is much cheaper so my food tasted even better lol. I ordered the Dirty Dubs Tots (unhealthy and delicious af) and the Street Tacos (tad bit dry, but flavorful). I chose not to get wings today only because I recently ate some. I totally forgot to get our waitresses name, but she was very friendly and fast. The parking is huge so you won't have an issue finding a stall. read more

This is another location I visited on Veterans Day 2020. I have mixed feelings of my overall experience. I have to understand they did the best with what they had, but it was crazy to have so many people waiting for our food for well over 40 mins. The other to-go customers kept our spirits up. We joked about being family and going to each other's Christmas festivities as we bonded over the lengthy wait. We watched one guy that ended up being a driver - picking food up and delivering - that lost out on other potential customers and ticked the customer he was waiting at BWW for. The host at the front did the best he could. To those without masks he had free masks bundled inside to go holders, using gloves when he filled and stacked them. Cleaning off menus and trying to keep the front area clean. It was my first time at this location. I might be back but I'm not in a rush. I'm glad they opened this place up in Clinton. read more

My wife had more fries with her burger AFTER she had eaten her fill than I was given. I've done a takeout order as well as dined in recently & both experiences have been great! I enjoy the traditional honey bbq wings even though of course, traditional wings do take longer to cook than boneless but I don't mind at all. The staff is friendly & they always do their best to serve the customers. I feel like some of the 1 star reviews expect their food to come out super quickly and/or have never worked food service, they don't really understand how stressful it can be especially when it gets busy in a spot like bdubs & they have large parties coming in. Keep in mind when visiting that bdubs isn't a fast food joint & that *again*, if you order traditional wings, they do take longer to cook. The Buffalo Wild Wings standard is to bring out food as it is ready unless you've requested specifically to have everything brought out at once, which some of the reviews also probably aren't aware of & that isn't at fault of the wait staff. read more

We were seated right away on a Saturday night, server was perfect, food came out fast and was good.

Worst experience I've had at any restaurant anywhere in Clinton. Thanks to the server Michael who should reconsider his career choice. Never have I ever been disrespected the way I was, my girlfriend and her friend ordered their food before I showed up, once I showed up I went to go pay the bill so I went to the front which I was told that I had to pay the bill with the server who was assigned to us which was okay. The server Michael then waved me over as he was carrying our food out, stood in front of my girlfriends side of the booth while putting our food down so I kept my distance about 5 feet back. He abruptly told me it's disrespectful to stand behind someone who is doing there job and told me to sit down like a child, I replied you are standing in front of my side of the table. Went to this location and walked in to 10+ empty tables covered in trash. After a 15 minute wait we were seated in the middle of a section surrounded by tables heaping with trash, it was dirty and disappointing, the restroom wasn't any better with an almost over flowing toilet, the food came out relatively fast and was decent, the staff was nice but the kid up front didn't know what he was doing, probably won't be back to this location for a while read more

Terrible service! Rude staff! This BWW brings each persons meal out to your table when it is ready. So if you are seated at a table with your family each persons meal comes out different times! You literally sit there and watch a family member eat their meal while you wait forever for yours! This means you do NOT actually eat together! And the kicker is that it's not like just a minute in between when they bring out the meals!!! For example: My husband was served his meal first. Approx FIVE mins later our daughter was served her meal. I sat there and watch both eat their meals. Then OVER THIRTY MINUTES later I received my meal. Both my husband and daughter were finished with their meals before I even got mine! So I had to sit and eat while they waited to leave. We asked our waitress about it and said it was just their standard practice! The manager came out and even she said it was their standard practice. What other restaurants do this!?!?! NONE! Their kitchen staff clearly does not know what they are doing! Don't be fooled folks! This BWW is NOT like the others! Don't waste your money and time! Don't pay for terrible service and rude staff! I've never met a staff, or portion thereof, that was more rude and combative.. The manager is at the top of the list. Tonight we called to place an order to be picked up. I was hung up on several times and subsequently told that they were short staffed. Then they hung up again. I've been there before and the food was improperly cooked and I was told I could not return any of the inedible food without being charged again. I've been to other locations and have had a very pleasant experiences. This is my first Yelp review ever because I was so offended and disappointed. There are plenty of other places to go. Surely the manager will be replaced in a year or so and I may try again. This is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings. I usually end up here on my business trips to clinton. I like that this place has a large selection of draft beer compared to most places in the area. I wish they had more flavorful stouts on tap. I usually get boneless wings. It is a little expensive for what it is. read more
