For instance, similar establishments such as Steak 'n Shake provide comparable quality at a more reasonable price point. This brew pub is sandwiched between brick buildings: Stacks, a burger pub, on the right and another commercial building on the left. Across the street is the Police, so be warned, and don't get too funky. We asked if they had food and said no but it was ok to get some take out and eat it at their table or order from Stacks (what we did) and they bring it to your table from next door. Even better. Stacks' mushroom burger and stack cheese burger were very good too. We washed those down with another set of local IPAs called Southeast by Tailgate Brewery in Nashville, TN, also very good. Some of the tables have heating lamps which would have been nice as it got chillier. Not ours. But no sweat. This place does occasionally make their own beer as well but it's primarily a brew pub which sells other beer and canned beer from all over. I'm glad we had a chance to come. Now for the drive home. I saw this all while i waited in line to try to place my order. Cashier even attempted to lock the front door of the building to keep new customers from coming in. Cashier was giving meals to wrong people, and losing orders or not writing them down at all. I waited in line for over 30 mins just to try to place an order. Cashier contined to have a bad attitude saying "there's only 2 of us here". After waiting for 30 mins just to place an order, the cashier asked me what I ordered. I explained, I hadn't ordered yet and that I was standing in line to try to place an order, like everyone else had done. The cashier told me she didn't have time to take my order, told me there's only 2 of them here working and she didn't have time for me and walked off into the kitchen. This is absolutely horrible service and disappointing that staff are allowed to conduct business this way and treat customers. If this is any representation of how this business is run, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am a local. This is unacceptable for any type of business to be run and for any employee to be allowed to treat customers.
