Sometimes I look at reviews and wonder how a place can have such a low star level. This place has a star level of two stars. I'm giving four stars based on my experience today. I was greeted promptly and politely. I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich meal. The meal was great. I enjoyed every taste of it. The fries were soft and fluffy. The sandwich bread was soft and fresh. The chicken was cooked properly and tasted great. I am removing one star because I did not notice a single person wearing masks. I believe they should have them on even though I'm in the drive through. Because if they sneeze or spit or anything. The droplets can get on my food. But other than that. This place is good. Finally after months of dealing with sloooow orders and an employee who every day was his first day ( TIMMY) it seems he's not around ? I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered lunch through the app after 1030. There was a rude black employee that you could not understand through the speaker. Sounded like she was chewing on marbles. They informed me they don't do lunch until later. Would not give me a refund and said I should just come back later. The manager was of no use either. I've eaten here before and it was fine. Today however it was the worse it could be. The fries were stale and cold. Both burgers had lettuce and tomatoes that tasted like they had a cleaning chemical on it. I had the impossible burger and my husband had a whopper. I removed the lettuce and tomato, the tomato was pale and unripe. Burger still tasted horrible. All of it was inedible. Which is too bad because it was one of our usual lunch spots before the pandemic. The best thing about BK is that you knew what your burgers would taste like, now I don't believe I can waste my money on substandard food at least not at this restaurant. We live 5 min from this place. Every few weeks I get a hankering for a whopper and as I am an overweight type II diabetic, I needs my food . I moved to this area a year ago and we have tried to order food here 8 times. We go through the drive through, there is a minimum 10 min wait per car. Each and every time I get to the window, I'm told they are experiencing technical difficulties and it will be a "few" additional minutes. Because I am who I am, I've waited in line up to 30 minutes to get my food. Upon receiving said food, each and every time, it's cold, like not warm. The bun for the whopper isn't toasted, the fries, while not the best hot, are stone cold and inedible. Then, the drink, remember when I said the food is cold? The drink is diluted from the ice melting and basically, gross. We will never, ever go to this location again. Kinda makes sense why Burger Kings are shutting down across the country. read more

This Burger King has always treated me well. The food is on point, but most importantly the service is great. I usually come later at night if I've had a longer day and I don't feel like cooking. The lady with the gray hair who works the drive-thru is simply wonderful. She's always so kind. I would like to say her name, but her name tag was blank. Had an issue with my drive-thru order missing a cheeseburger for my son. I called as soon as we got home and noticed it was missing. They went above and beyond to make up for it. The next time I stopped in, they took care of our entire meal no questions asked. Mistakes happen, I understand that. I'm very impressed with the way they handled the situation and I'm a Burger King fan for life. read more

Tucked in the middle of nowhere this location can easily be forgotten (and explains why this is the first review). Nothing really special. Parking lot is huge. Food is ok, normal BK stuff. Staff is an experience, but competent and friendly. Interior is always clean. read more

I stopped here one afternoon. there was no line. I get to the window where I pay and there were 2 ladies inside arguing with each other, the one that was swiping my card wouldn't give me my receipt, she just closed the window and walked away. So I pull up to the next window to get my food and I asked about my receipt, it was the same lady that swiped my card so I knew she would have known what I meant. She looks at me with the meanest mug, she cut me off while I was talking and says "I don't even know what you're talking about" then hands me a bag of food, no drink that was in my order, and then closes the window rather hard, in my face. I'm not a confrontational person and this person was clearly having a terrible day or something but that is just flat out unacceptable. She's lucky I didn't make a bigger deal of it.
