It's hard to find a fast food place that you would give more than three stars to. But they had two lanes for ordering, the people at the windows were friendly and had masks (although not completely on), and I don't eat burgers at fast food places but they have a vegetarian option, the Impossible Whopper. read more

We stopped here for lunch as we were passing through the area. They had a special on Crispy Chicken sandwiches 2/$6. We enjoy chicken so we decided to get two. We ordered the spicy thinking it would be Gringo mild. They were not and were actually very spicy. We like spicy but, these were burn your mouth spicy and completely took away the flavor. We got them to go and we were too far down the road to return them. Needless to say we will not return here again. read more

I had sworn off of Burger King after terrible experiences all over the country during our travels but this restaurant just looked better than the typical BK. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and tried the 2 for $10 chicken sandwich meal special. The quality was better than what we expected and the manager that took our order was very friendly and accommodating. I was hoping for the best but BK as a corporation has just dropped the ball on quality. The rolls on both our sandwiches were dry and tasteless and nearly indistinguishable as bread. The cheese on my Italian chicken was terrible. Not sure what it was supposed to be, they used to use mozzarella, but this seemed like paper thin cheap American cheese. At least the food was hot and the fries were good so it wasn't a total loss. I'll give them one more chance because I want to see how their burgers are read more

This Burger King is legit. It's clean, the service is great, and the food comes out piping hot. They also have a Coca Cola Remix machine, which makes it fun. There aren't many food options along US-19, but I'm always thankful for Chiefland's "variety" (meaning something other than McDonald's). read more

This place is the dirtiest place in chiefland, they also have dumpster divers in the store, and we had to clean our tables.

We don't stop at Burger King as often as we used to but the service is always as good as it gets and the place is clean. Compared to the other fast food places around every thing we've had is better and most priced cheaper. That's about all that can be said about a fast food joint. read more

Today I had the worst experience when we came to the chiefland, fl burger king. We got all the way home before we realized that we were shorted my daughter's whopper meal. When I called to inform them of this problem the "manager" (and I use this term loosely) Christina answered the phone and instead of apologizing and offering to make things right she was rude and nasty to me. She said "lady what do you want me to do drive it to your house"? And then she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with her supervisor she stated that she didn't know his name?!?!?! Really?? Stay away from this place!! Just save yourself some heartache and go over to Ralph 's it's much better anyway! read more

Typical BK as far as food goes. Place is clean and has one of those fancy Coke machines where you can have some crazy soda choices.

The only redeeming factor about this establishment was the cashier. When I got there I had 4 customers ahead of me. I waited for 15 minutes to get a plain cheeseburger, a whopper Jr, and a hamburger patty. I asked for a refund. When I left the 4 people ahead of me were still waiting. They had no ice in machine. No soda in machine. 1 cook. 1 sandwich preparer. I heard them say the hold up was not having bacon cooked. My sandwiches did not require bacon. You should shut down the store for Bacon. When I ask for a refund the management was rude. I was not given any paperwork that I could expect a refund and was told it would be up to 45 days to get it refund to my card. If I lived in this town I would not ever go to this BK. By the way McDonalds is down the street about a block. 3 minutes from time I placed my order I had my food. 30 minutes in the drive thru. At the speaker couldn't take the order. Go to first window please. No one came. Ordered at the last window. Couldn't pull out and go to Taco Bell instead because it's a single lane. People in this town need to go to Chik-fil-a to see how it's done. No sorry from the stressed out clerk. read more
