Every time I come to the drive thru it takes 30 mins of waiting. It's insane. I came three times this week and waited in the drive thru so long I just left and so did many other people. I can't comment on the food, but my mom driving from Oregon to Tennessee went through the drive through and ate in the parking lot, my mom is a paraplegic in a wheelchair and was moving to get comfy before continuing on her route when she accidentally popped the trunk full of belongings for the move and with that being said she began to panic because it was very cold and trying to get her wheelchair out to close it to get it back in was very hard after the amount of hours she had been driving. I called the store explained the situation and without hesitation the lady went out to help her and close the trunk and that is truly the compassion that we don't see enough. I didn't catch her name but thank you to the woman for helping it meant more to my family than words can even say. This was good service beyond just the food. Couldn't be more thankful to know there's still good in the world knowing she's traveling alone. read more

Everything could improve. Got a door dash order the other night and it was as the absolutely worst meal I have ever gotten here. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal and added cheese. When I got it everything was cold. Couldn't even bite into the sandwich the chicken was tougher than jerky and no cheese ordered an ice tea and got coke. I can't stand coke. We were on a thousand mile road trip and stopped here for breakfast. Worst food ever. It had to have been cooked the day before. I've never written a one star review before but it happens to be for this Burger King. Wanted something quick and satisfying after a 12 hour drive, but that was far from attainable tonight. We were the only customers on arriving and ordered inside the store. For a simple order we didn't get our food for another 15-20 minutes. Understandable if there is limited staff who are more focused on the one or two cars in the drive through, but joking around and chatting shows your customers are not your priority. Once they finally brought out order, they told us they were out of forks, cheese, and dressing for the salad. So a pile of lettuce would have been good to know while ordering. Then there is no acceptable reason for their "missing parts" of utensils, condiments, and broken soda machine. The whole area was dis-gusting!! It had obviously not been cleaned since that afternoon. When I used the soda machine it splattered everywhere! So if you want a shower of coke before you go home, this is your place. read more

When you go to this location there's an employee and he does not wear a mask when serving customers through the drive-through. I asked him why are you not wearing a mask because my understanding is that Burger King is taking the Covid virus very seriously and he said he does not believe in masks and that Burger King is operated out of Colorado and they are tested every day with a stick going up there nose to make sure they do not have corona. Well this person is talking to me he's holding my cuppa coffee without the lid and talking right over it who knows how many of his germs got in there so I threw it out as soon as I got out of the driveway along with my food. Obviously this man is lying there are no tests that they can do and stick up your nose and you get instant results every day. Plus I don't believe he's following store policy and is doing whatever he wants because it's early in the morning and doesn't care about the customers that are going through the drive-through that are high risk. Just had the worst experience in at least 10 to 15 years. Food is usually pretty good. Over the years, food has been pretty consistently good. Obviously service has changed with the whole change in discipline. We ordered onion rings in an order tonight at 7:45 pm at the drive thru. Went to pick up the order and we checked it before we left. 2 orders of french fries instead of 1 fry and 1 onion ring. Told them we didn't get our rings. Young man who didn't want to deal with us says they are out of onion rings. We said we wanted onion rings and you charged us for them and no one told us you were out. He closed the window and just left. We stayed and people eventually came over and asked us what was wrong. Cars started to pile up behind us. Told them the story. That they never told us they were out of onion rings and charged us for them. Found out that they close at 10 and start cleaning up at 8. We said we ordered at 745 not 8. And why are you closing rings down way before 10. Plus EVERRTHING ELSE!! AT LEAST TELL US!! They were perfectly happy to charge us for rings and give us fries hoping we didn't notice because they clean up at 8 even though they close at 10 and 7:45 was evidently 8. So we asked for the manager who is making bucks compared to the employees. Some employee wouldn't get the manager and decided she'd try to fix it. We kept asking for the manager. She finally told us they dropped some rings for us but wanted the fries back that they gave us incorrectly and tried to fool us with. WHAT???!!! So you can throw them away when we've been inconvenienced for this long and you tried to lie to us and it didn't work? Really? No thank you. Jeez what nerve. That poor girl dealt with what her manager should have. And evidently they are able to lie easily. They will charge you for something they don't have and hope you don't notice when you get the order. What's sad is we knew the owners a long time ago. This behavior would've never been acceptable. If you order food here, make sure your service is acceptable and they AREN'T LYING TO YOU AND CHARGING YOU FOR WHAT YOU DON'T GET BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO FOOL YOU!!
