My 2 teenagers walked in this cold snow to Burger King because we are working from home. It was no surprised that the lobby is closed because of COViD 19, so they walked over to the Drive Thru. After they waited in line for 10 minutes to get to the window (full money in hand), they were sent away and told that they couldn't get what they ordered because they didn't have a car. I get we are in a crisis, so changes had to be made and the lobby had to be closed, but I'm really disturbed that no one thought to change the situation with letting people walk up to the window to physically pick up an order. This location is awful. It's hit or miss with the type of customer service you will receive, there are two employees that are great, but the rest are awful. This location is ALWAYS hiring which should be an indicator right there to stay away. We have continued to come to this location since it is 5 minutes from our house, but tonight was the last straw. I want don't to start off by saying that their shake machine will be down 8/10 times, especially if it's around 5:00. The same happened tonight. The guy taking our order through the drive thru was less than thrilled at being bothered. I realize this isn't a 5 star restaurant but there is no reason to huff and puff while taking someone's order. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onion or pickle. What I got was a whopper with cheese on the BOTTOM bun and of course the onions and pickles were present and it was dripping in mayo. This is the first time I've had a whopper served to me this way. Unacceptable! I should have returned it, but I was already home and didn't want to go back and was pretty sure it would be an effort wasted. Takes forever to get food through the drive-thru, about 25 minutes. And, then charged me for zesty sauce to go with my onion rings. Always had zesty sauce with BK onion rings and never been charged for zesty sauce in my life. Apparently, it is dipping sauce for nuggets and not onion rings now according to the new management. There's been a few times when I ordered my whopper with cheese and paid for the cheese to not get any cheese. I shouldn't have to pay for zesty sauce when they can't even put the cheese on my whopper that I paid for. Every single time in the past 4 months that I have gone in between 6PM and 8:30 PM, they are either closed or the speaker box reads "I'm sorry. We're closed. Please come back during normal business hours." Tonight I finally went up to the window because the vehicle in front of me was getting food. I was completely ignored by one team member. After being the only people in line waiting for 13 minutes they handed us the bag with French toast and told us they were out of biscuits which they DID NOT mention when we ordered. I have no clue how this place is in business. Nobody in drive thru and a group of people waiting for their orders on a Saturday at 1 pm. There's 4 people here, only 3 are working and I started writing this after waiting 12 minutes. I've been here 3 other times over the past month and I've waited 27 minutes, was told only 2 people were working and still charged full price. This place needs new management in the worst way. With 2 extra people, they saved 6 minutes. It took 21 minutes today. In all seriousness, every order should be 80% cheaper based on the wait alone read more

The drive thru menu shows icees but when I requested one I was told they don't have that machine. I then asked for a large Dr Pepper and I was told they were out of large and out of Dr Pepper. I was the 3rd car in line and waited nearly 30 minutes to get what they did have. Very disappointed. read more

Today four cars in the drive thru lane waited 30mins... still just pre-made burgers and fries, it is comical. Normally this Burger King does okay. Tonight not so much. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. One was freshly made and my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Mine was obviously a whopper without cheese that'd been sitting, to which they added cheese and then microwaved lettuce tomato and all. Bun was so hard my husband thought they'd toasted it. What I got will now turn me off this FAILING location. Disgusting. No wonder this location is doing poorly. This drive-thru provides about 15-20 minutes of entertainment. I ordered $5 of food, but wanted to really give them a challenge so I added a COUPON. After handing it to the person at the window, we shared a long, intimate gaze in which I could see steam coming out of his ears as his brain fired on all cylinders, doing the required calculus for the coupon. Spectacular. I don't know how long this gaze went on for; it felt like eternity, but we are definitely soul mates now. The wait for the food is about 10-15 minutes. I don't claim to know how to engineer a chicken sandwich at this location. My guess is it requires bypassing a lot of red tape from state government first, then plans have to be drawn up, with some potential back-and-forth with NASA. It was mesmerizing to watch though. I'm not sure the employees knew exactly where they were, and although the food was cold, it just shows what humans can do when they come together. 5 stars for the entertaining show. read more

I work here, we close at 8 pm and open at 6 pm. We LITERALLY ONLY HAVE 5 PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. These people are complaining about theirs orders not being taken 45 MINUTES after we closed, despite seeing my co workers inside cleaning. They do not have time to open the window and tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON that comes to the drive thru after 8 that we're closed. These people have families to feed. I am not mad....just disappointed. Well actually, I am quite furious. My outrage begins at another location across town. Due to a lack of competence and failure to communicate proper closing procedure, I had to make the perilous journey across town through harsh weather conditions to this farce of a location. For starters, we were deceived in cold blood by the other location's lack of communication on the subject of lobby closing times. Despite the website stating that the closing time is at 11:00 PM, we discovered that we had been FOOLED and that the lobby closes at 10 PM, an HOUR before the stated closing time. In a fit of rage and utter disappointment, I rushed to the next closest location having pure faith in the lord that we would be able to eat in the lobby as the website stated. UNFORTUNATELY, much to my disappointment, this lobby was barred from service as well. Tears began to well up in my eyes, as I made the sharp left turn into the drive thru lane. Due to adverse weather conditions(the front window was frozen shut), and a broken rear window, the order was placed with the driver's door ajar. The order placement went off without a hitch, except the employee (to my suprise) did not know what CokeLeDun was. I order this every time I am at other locations and everyone knows exactly what I am talking about. Anyways, the currency exchange occured in a normal fashion(apart from the open door), and we received our food 1 minute after closing. Excited to eat we transferred the contents of our bags onto the table and began to eat the fries, only to discover that they were not salted in the least. We even observed the incompetent employee fry these fries improperly. I quickly called BK to notify them of the lack of NaCl(sodium chloride) on my fries. They asked me what I wanted them to do as if it is my fault that there was no salt on them. I do not have salt at my house and I suggested that I could return to the burger king to have them salt my fries. The woman hastily replied in a rude connotation that "WE ARE CLOSED" and there is nothing they could do. Okay, whatever. NEXT I opened my BK king burger to discover that it only had 1 patty (supposed to be 2 patties) FOLDED IN HALF at the bottom. Immediately I called the BK back and let the woman know of this issue. She said she would speak with the "gentleman in the kitchen". When I suggested that I return to the location to have her cut the massive folded patty in half to even out the burger, she again let me know it was closed and that she was unable to do anything about the issue. The only propsal she made was that she could "do me at another time". I can only say that I am not suprised this location consistenly gets 1 star reviews. After such a tragic event I can only hope that someday I can muster the emotional integrity to forgive the Burger King corporation for their lack of knowledge in the culinary arts. Farewell BK. This place is a joke. My boyfriend has had countless bad experiences here. They are out of something everytime he goes. One time he pulled up to order and the girl told him they were out of all food. As a fast food facility how are you completely out of food? I'm not a Burger King fan but the few times I have Gone for him the order is messed up almost everyday time. And their hours are very weird! My boyfriend wanted a WHOPPER for dinner tonight and we live about a 20 minute walk down the street. I figured Id take my son for a walk to get it. I get up there at 7:08 and the lobby is closed. There was a nice girl who had just gotten off who had said "Go ahead and walk through the drive through". When I asked If I was allowed go do that she said "tell Laura I sent You through". Because I was walking the camera didnt alert them I was There so I walked Over to the window. It was a gentleman. I explained How I was Told to walk through there and he said "the cameras can't detect you" I had told him I understood And asked if he could take my order there. A WHOPPER with cheese and fries was all we needed. He said he couldn't do that. I asked if he could open the lobby so I could Come in and order and leave. We weren't eating there so none of the tables they had cleaned would be dirtied, he said he couldn't do that. It's 7 o'clock. I couldnt get an order because I chose To walk up there and 7 o'clock was too late for them. My boyfriend had previously worked in fast food for 8+ years. He was a manager and has expressed multiple times how this is one of the worst places he has ever experienced. When we are driving we would rather drive further than go here again. I have Worked in the service industry for over 10 years and have Always worked customer focussed jobs.
