i decided i'm going to do my own survey of the different fast food restaurants & their "meal deals". i mean, i'm there anyway! up 1st, the only place i'm a king! & i rule! burger king's deal is $5-a chicken sandwich, jr. whopper or bacon cheeseburger, with a 4 piece chicken nugget, small fry & small drink. i went with the jr. & tom the bacon cheeseburger. he brought the food home. i set us up while he changed. all i can say is-had i known the size of the sandwiches, i would have gotten a bacon cheeseburger too. i don't like bacon on my cheeseburger, but i would've picked it off & given it to my hubby! i get i asked for a jr., but dang! i didn't realize the size difference. the rest was all good, just small! my advice on this 1, get it, it's good, but if you're a big eater like me, get the chicken or bacon cheese. $5 sounds reasonable to me. read more

How to train your dragon? Yes please! I love those franchise and can't wait for the new movie. I was excited to try the new meal. (I missed the ice cream). Servers were nice. The place was clean, even the bathroom. I will always try the themed whopper. I love that they use beat for the red color instead of artificial. The meal was a standard whopper meal but with bacon! The cheese sticks were fine. Similar to the classic but a little spicy. The lemonade was really good. It was overall a good meal with a cool spin. read more

This place is hit or miss on you getting what you ordered. Today, went through the driver thru, ordered a plain chicken sandwich add cheese, and a texas whopper meal, no mayo. I literally live a mile away, and I should have known better. But when I got home, looked at the chicken sandwich, had cheese on it but also had mayo. Opened up my whopper, it had extra mayo on it, enough where I couldn't even scrap it off. I'm tired of going thru drive thru's and not getting what I ordered. Maddison may be the worst restaurant employee EVER, this smart ass simpleton didn't say anything for 2 minutes as I waited at the drive thru - which had one other car - when I said hello for a second third time this 12 yr old smartly rudely said I'll be right with you. It's a shame that the only Burger King in this area has such poor service.....I ordered a burger WITHOUT cheese. At the window, the girl at the register TELLS another girl "catchup only, no cheese". I heard the girl acknowledge and say she knew......got home and guess what.....she knew I said no cheese but didn't care since she already made the sandwich. read more

Tried the impossible whopper. It was good, but I think they gave me an old patty. It's seemed really dry and over cooked. Impossible burgers aren't supposed to be greasy of course (I've had plant based burgers elsewhere), but the one I received was the driest I've ever had. The fries were fresh, but overly salted. With drive thru only, I usally eat here once a week, majority of time for breakfast. With a coupon, it's tough to beat 2 bacon and egg's croissan'wich, small hasbrown, and a coffee for $4. Employee's are nice and food is accurate. read more

i stop in to give them love and when i need something to eat real quick and to get on my laptop to check in. i tryed a new burger that had bar b que sauce and oninon rings that was the nastiest thing i every ate. i was very dissappointed. i like the breakfast sandwiches crosins, eggs and bacon with jelly. i don't mind doing breakfast. i used to work at burger king years ago when it was on baum blvd. i just didn't like on brownville road the dining room close at eight and only drive thue open. i'm independent i don't drive, so that sucks.it's a clean enviroment and have a peace of mind, no homeless hanging around like downtown. read more

The dining room is still closed. In my opinion the food is too messy to eat in my car, so I moved on. Coupon or not I'll consider trying again when they reopen for indoor dining. No signage saying that it's drive through only. read more

Yes, The King has established a stronghold here, right along perilous Route 88. I just thought ya might wanna know in case BK is a guilty fast food pleasure of yours (mine is Arby's) and you find yourself out this way through some wrinkle of fate. Their newfangled Chef's Choice Burger (the war between The King, The Redhead, and The Clown is underway) is certainly an improvement over the dry, lifeless patty they once served. The new french fries are oddly light, fluffy, and only mildly crispy. BK=Halfway ok. read more

Went to this Burger King a week or so ago and was shocked by how awful their service was, so I sent them an email and received no response so, figured I'd tell Yelp instead. Went there for lunch and it took the girl at the counter 20 minutes to take 3 peoples order because she was clearly high on some kind of opiate and dozing off standing up. Then i watched the guy bagging food scrape French frys off the bottom of his shoe with his gloved hand and continue bagging food. I explained this in the email and was hoping I'd get some kind of response but, I guess this is normal for them? read more

I ordered a sandwich with bacon and cheese only. Pretty simple right? The order was correct on the board at the drive thru. I paid, didn't get a receipt and drove home. Thinking... it's a simple order. You can't mess this up. Well, I got home and the order was incorrect... lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo and all kind of other stuff was on the burger. The fries were barely warm. I called the number listed and rang a few times... then it sounded like a fax machine picked up. I got back into the car and went back to this location. This time I went into the restaurant. Before anyone came to the counter, I observed food handlers preparing meals without gloves. I'm not sure if this is common practice at Burger King or not... The person asked if I wanted my meal to be remade. At this point after seeing what I saw I just wanted a refund. He was unable to find my order despite it being 15 minutes ago and me giving him the exact total. He opened the drawer and gave me $10. While waiting inside at the counter for my lunch order, the older woman who was preparing the sandwiches turned from her work station and began to move a few cardboard boxes around before unpacking the contents. She then instructed an employee standing next to her to use the contents to refill empty bins before stepping back to the sandwich prep area. Without removing and replacing the gloves that she just handled the cardboard boxes in, this woman simply continued working with the food. Okay, maybe a cardboard box isn't as dirty as a toilet, but still... Why bother wearing the protective gloves meant to keep contaminants from food when you are just going to touch everything else. When I saw that one of the burgers that she had assembled ended up on my tray, I decided not to eat it and ended up throwing it away. I probably should have refused it or said something about it right then and there, but I opted against it because I didn't want to waste my entire lunch break arguing about proper food handling techniques with a person who obviously didn't care anyway. If she had, I wouldn't be on here writing this cautionary review. Anyway, because of that woman's absentmindedness and / or laziness, I will never set foot in that particular BK restaurant again. read more
