I had a really disappointing experience at Burger King today. I ordered mozzarella sticks and found a hair on them. I brought it to the staff's attention, and they replaced them, which I appreciated at the time. But when I got home and started eating my Whopper, I found another hair in the burger too. Finding hair in one item is already unacceptable, but twice in the same order completely ruined my appetite and raised concerns about cleanliness and food handling. As many say, if I could give zero stars, I would, I placed a mobile order at 9:30pm on the BK mobile app to pick up at the counter. We were staying at a hotel across the street and walked over. The hours showed they closed at 10pm. We walked over as soon as I placed the order since it was a short walk and a short wait for the food. As we approached the restaurant, both doors to the restaurant were closed. We decided to stand by the drive thru, even though we did not see a soul through the windows. Finally we saw someone at the window and he looked like he was taking a drive thru order. Totally ignored us and walked away. We waited and saw someone else at the drive thru window and knocked. She opened the window and informed us she could not give us our food because the restaurant is closed and she could not bring it out to us or give it to us through the window because we were on foot. Meanwhile, we witnessed her physically walking orders out through the restaurant door to drivers. Makes sense right? I said if the restaurant was closed and I could not retrieve my order, how come the app allowed me to order for pick up like that? She just said we don't control the app. No shit! I asked about my money and she said I can contact customer service to get a refund. Cool. I already did insulin so I dropped and had to find food quick. There was nothing in the area so I had to pay double to get food delivered from somewhere else. Luckily Casey from customer service assisted me and refunded my money. read more

Yeah the reviews on this BK are spot on. We picked up food from here because we were tired. I ordered a milkshake and it was just milk. We had to go back in and get a new one. The server was aware there was something wrong with the machine but she didn't mention it when ordering. If you do order check prices because the shopper was a way better deal than just a cheeseburger. read more

This location used to be scary to go to, but today and recently it's a totally new experience in a good way. The outside landscaping is now taking care of. It used to be a nightmare which would make you not want to pull in but when you did they were all out back smoking saying nothing was available and I'm not kidding. Must be a new owner because everything from ordering presentation of the outside of the restaurant to the courtesy of the employees was fabulous. I'm so happy because I love Burger King. read more

Overall I give this location 4 stars because the food tasted good and the employees were nice. They were also generous with the sauce and toppings on the burgers so everything was flavorful! The issue was it closed earlier than advertised (12pm ) but still since our flight was delayed into Orlando and literally every restaurant except fast food closed at 10pm in this area we were able to get 10:30pm dinner here which was clutch. I just had 2 reduce 1 star because they were out of a ton of common items. Like they were out of Sprite soda and individual ketchup packets. Although the lady employee working there did pump a bunch of ketchup into a Togo cup for us which was nice since we got our food to go. We got our food to go and ate it back at the hotel so didn't experience the lack of cleanliness that other reviews described. Overall on a scale of Burger Kings, this location is a 4/5 compared to other Burger Kings hence 4 stars. read more

Hours are erratic. Went by tonight at 6:45. No one present. They are often out of menu items. Usually the speakers in the drive thru do not work. I do not fault the staff. The items mentioned above are clearly management level. Conveniently, there is no number listed to contact the franchise owners. It's a shame. Burger King has always enjoyed a great reputation. My last non-veg meal before becoming a vegan was a whopper at a Burger King in Cocoa Beach 20 years ago. I haven't been inside a Burger King since then until now. I was excited to hear that Burger King has partnered w/ Impossible Foods to release the Impossible Whopper at 7,000 locations across the nation. They are billing the plant based patty as 100 percent whopper, no beef. I had a lot of expectations to try it yet trying it recently felt underwhelmed. Service was fine yet felt the Impossible Whopper could have been much better. Didn't like the bun. The whopper was warm yet not piping hot. For someone accustomed to hummus & kale there isn't much on the menu for us veg folks besides the Impossible Whopper along w/ fries. I feel that the Impossible Foods & Beyond Meat products are good transition foods for people wishing to eat less meat. I practically lived on Boca Burgers & baked potatoes when I first became a vegan. I hope that the trend of plant based products in fast fast establishments is here to stay & I feel it just might. At the same time hope that they do a better job making sure that they are great products not merely, good products. There is a simple rule of supply & demand. The demand is now for less meat & more plant based options so the simple rule to follow this is what is happening across the market right now w/ plant strong foods hitting the mainstream. Perhaps the Impossible Whopper is better at other locations & just hit it wrong here. While I am not going to go back immediately to try one again am sure will within the next 20 years! read more

This was my first of two Burger King experiences in the same day, which were the first two times for me in YEARS (I had bad experiences several years ago and steered clear). Why? Because sucker, apparently, but mostly because I almost always think things can't get worse when they're really bad, as this experience was. First, the speaker at the drive through menu board was trash, which seems to be standard equipment for The King. I had to strain just to hear what was being said back to me. Then, I get to the window. The next crew member doesn't say one word to me as I hand over my debit card. As he hands it back, not one word. As he hands me my food, not ONE word. Does he have a goal to not speak to customers at all while at work? I wonder... Then, I eat my food right there in the parking lot within like 30 seconds as another sad soul was doing, I noticed. I ordered a special order double bacon cheeseburger. It should be hot and fresh. Nope, it sure isn't. Barely warm and put together about as sloppily as could be. It wasn't even inside the wrapper when I pulled it out of the bag. Mozzarella sticks? Awful. I can't imagine they're pre-cooked, but they tasted like they'd been sitting for a while; not hot at all. Also, they didn't even give me what I would assume to be the standard dipping sauce of "marinara". It was so bad, I filled out the survey on the back, which supposedly nets one a free Whopper with purchase. Back I went to a different, nearby Burger King later in the day (see my other Burger King review for that catastrophe). Honestly, I used to LOVE Burger King. I'd get a Whopper Jr with onion rings and a chocolate shake at least once a week when I was a kid. Now, I really don't see myself EVER going back. I will never understand why this location has been neglected. You think it would be a prime spot so close to the Port of Canaveral. Pros: - Its Burger King, and is conveniently located on my route home from work - Food is decent at this one, although they need to stop overcooking the nuggets. - Wait times are usually short because the store is so hard to see until you're already past it. Cons: - The physical building looks like it came from the 90's. The first window you come to has nothing but boxes stacked in it. - The speaker at the drive through has been busted since I started living here over 1-1/2 years ago. It never works, and 9/10 times I come through they don't even know I'm there until I pull up to the window. - The parking lot and easement are poorly designed. - Staff is constantly rotating. I think I've talked to the same person twice at this location. - Is this place ever open consistently? Says open online, and you get there and it's closed. I think this location would do well for itself if it just needs a facelift. Clean up the property, fix the easement, and fix the amenities. I bet your business here would double. read more
