i usually do not write reviews, however this wendy's is worthy of one. this wendy's in cape canaveral had some of the best staff i have seen anywhere. most importantly though, one person in my group had left their purse in the bathroom of the restaurant. upon a return 30 minutes later, they had the purse kept for us with nothing missing. the food was good and fresh. the manager and staff of the restaurant were extremely nice. read more

Hey, it's a Wendy's. During COVID times, did the drive-thru twice. You pay and one window and pick up at another. One gal at the payment window had a food container for you to put your credit card in and then it was difficult to fish around inside to get it back. Am not sure how she thought this would be more sanitary then simply taking the card with a gloved hand. Value meal single with cheese, fries, ice tea was $9.15. Value meal with nuggets, fries, ice tea was also $9. I think this is a bit higher than most locations. Order was correct and FAST and quality was typical Wendy's. read more

Stopped here on our drive back to Orlando from visiting Cocoa Beach with friends. We only went through the drive thru - so this review is only for that part of this location. Getting in and out of here was very easy as it was on the side of the road we needed to be on. The staff over the speaker was quick with the order and we were moved up to the second window efficiently. Food was as ordered and they included the sauce per our request. Like, I was in the drive through, next up in line, and waited for 20 minutes before my order was taken slow. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when it arrived it was mushy and looked like it was left over from the night before. I took it back to the counter and the clerk had to go outside to get the manager. I don't understand what all the bad reviews are for. Going inside it's clean building. The food was made relatively quickly and it tasted great. Now it's always possible I'm just lucky but I really didn't see anything wrong with this Wendy's, I thought it was quite nice. For what it's worth the restaurant wasn't very busy when I went, so I can't comment on the speed of service when they are busy. One thing I have noticed are masknazi's saying the food was fine but they're giving the place one star because someone wasn't wearing a mask. Although everyone was masked when I was there and they had up all the expected signage, we should be better than this. If someone takes a mask off for half a second while manning a grill or frying pan you shouldn't be giving them a one star review for it, that's childish. It's a hard job which a mask makes a lot harder, and you shouldn't be harassing these people online for it. read more
