Lots of space to sit and some comfy couch areas as well. I didn't try any food but it looks like they have some great options. We're not talking about a complicated, specialty dish with rare ingredients. Pancakes are one of the most basic breakfast staples. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't want to risk wasting ingredients if they don't sell out. But what does it cost to make a couple of pancakes--maybe a dollar or two? Is it really worth disappointing customers who've taken time out of their day to come eat there? Great food doesn't matter much if you can't reliably order what's on the menu. After two strikes, I'm not sure I'll be giving them a third chance.
