My senior Dad loved his burger .. he said "Hey this is better than Lotaburger!" We are very PICKY Even the wrappings on both burgers were perfect. Stop to buy for a few whoppers today. If you order in the app I just found out that they can cut your sandwiches and half if you like. Service is pretty fast through the drive through. Easy in and out. The store was pretty busy. The landscaping is nice. read more

We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for an online order I placed ahead of time. The employees seemed new and didn't know what they were doing. Atmosphere - Clean but a worn down, but not worn out, vibe going on.  Few months back we stopped at Krisp Kreme, just down the street, both places are similar.  You need a key to use the rest room.  There are no signs indicating that.  Door shows it is vacant but still locked.  What kind of issue does this part of town have? Food Lunch - I had the Impossible Whopper which was as dry as could be.  I want a sloppy burger and not even close here.  The patty was not the issue, like my other BK review review recently it is hard to tell that you are not eating beef.  The fries were hot but also coated with black flakes, I am going to assume other burnt French fries bits. Service - Helpful with ordering a late lunch and bathroom key for the four of us. Future - Probably not, as I do not live in the area, and my whopper was just alright. read more

3221 Coors NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 This location is getting better and better at filling delivery orders and believe me, I know, because thru door dash and Uber Eats we've ordered a lot. Today's delivery was fantastic. We ordered burgers, chicken nuggets, onion rings, cheese sticks, ice cream and got a free whopper meal thru door dash. All the food was great. Delivered hot and fresh, even the fries. They were the best we've ever gotten delivered from anywhere. The whopper had no ketchup and had added mustard just like we asked. :) We live close but on a hot day like today the ice cream could have been iffy. Ice cream was not melty at all and we popped them into the freezer for later. The medium drink with the meal was huge. It's been a long time since we had a fast food drink and I wonder if we got a large. We also got an extra ice cream. We really appreciated that. Give this location a chance. This is the only Burger King that I have to go to since I live nearby. They ALWAYS screw up my order. I always order cheese with my chicken sandwich and I don't know how many times they have forgotten my cheese. I'd call about it but their customer service sucks, I can never get through so it's a joke. And their fries always seem to be cooked in old oil, I can taste it. I like BK, but you'll want to skip this one. All three items in my Whopper combo were bad. My ice tea didn't have a single piece of ice and was room temperature. My fries were cold and stale tasting. I went through the drive through at this location per my teenage sons request . The cashiers failed attempt to be funny takes my card and proceeds to tell me "your card was declined " . I looked at her puzzled as she bust out laughing hysterically and proceeded to tell me" I'm just kidding. I don't mean to scare you ". I was far from scared I was confused and annoyed. It was a failed attempt at humor, tacky and HORRIBLE customer service coupled with the fact that our order was WRONG. I'm an attempt to call back and remedy the order (not the ignorance) . Requested that my burgers be cooked fresh. Have done so many times at other Burger Kings. They said they cooked it fresh I check it with my meat thermometer when I got it it was barely a hundred degrees I called and complained and they insisted it was fresh.
