Give these employees a raise my burger was so good and my fries were good too. Also no hair in any of the food.

Asked why their prices were a dollar higher than other BKs and was told taxes leaving in MN even that was hard to believe, thank the person on the mic for drive through and as I was driving away an EMPLOYEE SCREAMS out the drive-through window OVER A FUCKING DOLLAR! When I go into the store the manager, asst. manager, and general manager say I was rude by driving away NO responsibility for 1 of their employees treating a customer with profanity trying to degrade them over a dollar they worked hard to earn. As a person that works hard for their money, 40+ hours a week a dollar means a lot. Living in a state like Minnesota where money is just given away by fraud, I could see why so many people are fed being treated like an ATM! All 3 managers were well over 30 years old and the employee was a teenager who learned today, that customers mean nothing at this particular location. read more

Review: Burger King 6495 Labeux Avenue N.e. ALBERTVILLE MN, 55301 7634974992 If I could give them a -100, I would. Highly recommend reading this review before arriving to this location. We arrived at the drive-thru around 8:00 PM and were second in line, no one behind us. At the first window, where payment is typically made, we saw three employees cleaning and putting things away as if the store were closing--despite it being two hours before closing time. No one came to the window to process our transaction, and it appeared that all the cooking stations had been shut down. The car ahead of us, which was an electric vehicle, nearly ran out of battery due to the long wait, even though their order consisted of just one meal. When it was finally our turn, we pulled up to the second window, where four employees stood around chatting. The so-called manager, Mike, was the only one in proper attire, though he appeared disheveled and unprofessional. Another male employee, who was wearing street clothes, took our money. When we asked for the store number to file a complaint, his response was, "Uhhh, we're the Albertville Burger King store." Mike proceeded to shout the store number to us through the window. A female employee, dressed also in street clothing with a backpack, was walking around the food preparation area. She picked up the last burger in our order, held it in her hands for an extended period (seemingly to warm her hands with it), and then placed it into the bag. We continued to wait at the second window for our food, they had forgotten our straws and half our food served was cold. It felt like the food had been pre-made and reheated, than sat there on the counter for a while, given the delay. Waiting 25+ minutes in a drive-thru with 6-7 employees working and two cars in the drive thru, is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and basic work ethic at this location is deeply concerning. It's a glaring example of why this generation's workplace standards are deteriorating. Perhaps it's time for automation--one robot could likely accomplish the work of 10 employees here. Much better than having 6-7 employees complete one task. This Burger King location fails to meet basic standards of customer service and professionalism. Both the franchise organization and health inspectors should closely examine this store. Adding to the disappointment, after eating just a few bites, I'm not feeling well. read more

I never eat fast food. I went through the drive through and from ordering all the way through receiving was really pleasant. As they handed my meal over, the lady said "no sauces for the nuggets for you hun?" And it felt like I was at some southern dine in. She didn't have to do that! The people that work at this location are not smart, even by fast food employee standards. Even the simplest task seemed to be challenging for these people. I was originally thinking it was for lack of effort, but it was clearly just lack of intelligence. After an awkwardly long ordering process the drive through attendant eventually asked me to pull around, because my simple "#1 with a bottle of water" order was too difficult for them to comprehend. After a few minutes the same guy came outside with what I would assume to be my order. He tried giving it to another person in another vehicle. This other person proceeded to manhandle the order and then determine it wasn't their order. The employee looked around for my car for about 2 more seconds and then went back inside. I pulled back around, waited in the drive through again just to be treated with pure confusion when I explained what had just happened. He says, "we're you the guy with 6 crossandwhiches?". I repeated my order and he goes "oh yeah I looked for you, here it is". 15 minutes had now passed. Food was cold, order was incorrect. This location is on my commute to work. Hello, I'm from Dominican Republican. I've been in Minnesota for 4 years. They always told me that here they're racist here. He said no until it touched me today. The truth is that the first person who made me feel like shit was that person wanted to establish just because I don't know how to say a word in English. This is the slowest place I have ever been to. Staff is also rude. I was in the drive thru and waited over 10 minutes, I had a screaming baby in my car. So I parked and went in to ask for my money back. I thought maybe they were under staffed, nope there was at least 5 people working, and maybe 3 customers inside already eating. I stood at the counter and staff walked by me making eye contact never said anything, while I'm standing there with my baby. They finally gave me my food and got annoyed when I asked for a receipt. read more

I recently purchased three sandwiches from the Burger King at the Albertville outlet mall. I got halfway through my delicious whopper and pulled out a 10 inch long black hair. When I return to the Burger King I was asked what I would consider to be a curious question. "Would you like your money back for that sandwich?" Why in the world would the store manager actually want to know if I wanted my money back. Wouldn't it have made better sense to say here's all of your money back for your entire order. And I apologize for there being a human hair in your food. I declined the stupid offer, if that is what you would call it. Holy buckets people. Give the money back without hesitation and without question. If you like employee hair in your food, this is the Burger King for you. Ask for the manager. the service was horrible we got are food in 5 minutes but it was all wrong. went up to get the redone food and it took 30 minutes before we went up and they forgot about us. the ambiance was also not nice, the floor was sticky and the bathrooms stink. read more

Albertville Outlet should have more food vendors available or consider a food court like other outlets. Having this be the only Burger King makes people only have this choice beside Subway, hot dog carts, or vending machines. Let's talk about Burger's King ... Wait time; took a long time. This is not the place to get a coffee of any sort. The frappe tasted like old maple syrup that was left out. There is not trace of the coffee in it. As for the mocha iced coffee, it just tastes like chocolate milk over ice. Not to mention the horrible service. Couldn't understand them through the drive through, and they gave us a smaller size than ordered. People were nice, just didn't know how to work a fast food place. Do not recommend. read more

We went here the other night wanted to go thru drive through and should have taken it as a sign to just go home when we had to go in to see the menu be the lights and signs we all broken out. We orders inside to have what looked the the manager and asst. managers talking nonstop about wanting to go home "can I just leave? Can I just go home now? Ugh. I don't want to be here anymore." All while walking around not working and just looking at her phone. The guy who took our order was awesome, however. He took our order made a suggestion for us when I was needing a second to pick between two things; he smiled and seemed very content and happy. One of the bosses lost something and fairly aggressively and in a loud tone accused the only kid working, that he lost it stating "You better not have lost that envelope!" The Boss found it where he himself had left it. But not before making the poor kid undo all the work he had done with the trays and paper he had just done. Meanwhile the cashier offered me mints while I waited for our food and worked while chatting with me. Our food is done and handed to me and I was unsure if we had ordered the meal or just the burgers so I asked if we got cups for drinks or not. The manager whipped it's head toward the cashier and (let's call him Kevin) and yelled "Kevin! Come on you know better than that! You should have already gave her cups." I told him it wasn't his fault at all and it was probably my fault for chatting with him about mints and I wasn't even sure we were to get them this time. He huffed at Kevin and put cups In my face. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. Our burgers were horrible, dry, greasy, cold, so cold the fat was solid on the meat. The fries were disgusting. If I could give them a 0 star I would. My order was wrong so I went back to the drive thru. I was told to come to the window. I sat for 4 minutes before anyone came to correct my burger. The guy was maybe 19 at the window he reaches out to give me the burger without even acknowledging me or the mistake. I asked for a free fry and sauce for wanting and the error. He said "you didn't pay for the fry I'll give you a sauce though" in the most condescending tone. I told him the right thing to do is to apologize acknowledge your wrong and give me a $2 fry. He then grabs a fry and bag goes behind a wall (he's out of my site now) and comes back with the bag and says "here's your fry" with a smile. Needless to say I threw the fry out. It was snowing outside and didn't want to go too far. So sorry I made that decision. I ordered the chicken sandwich and a Whopper. The chicken was close to black, very dry and not worth eating. I ordered the Whopper no pickles (because I really dont want them) and no ketchup because I am alergic to it. I got both on my sandwich. I didn't eat any of it and will not waste my money ever again. Um, BK wasn't really clean. The front counter was really small and crowded. There were plenty of employees who were standing around behind the counter doing nothing, while there were customers waiting in line. My order of three items took approximately minutes, which was my whole break. The food was microwaved right before it was handed to me, and the burger wasn't nicely made. Not to mention i have gotten home more than once with out cheese on my cheeseburger, and cold fries. Don't advertise on the marquee "Burgers for Breakfast," have burgers on the breakfast menu complete with a number, and then take 15 minutes to make said burgers and fries, especially when breakfast ends in 15 minutes. I could understand an extra 5 minute wait at 6:15 AM, but there was no excuse to not being ready to serve burgers at 10:15 AM. This BK will never see me again once the Five Guys across the street opens for business. read more

After getting my order I went to the counter to get a spoon, both the manager and the girl at the register vanished in to the back not bothering to ask if I needed anything, when the girl returned she proceeded to stock and ignore that I was standing there.
