    The Mexican combo
    Michelle L.

I hoped for great burgers and these burgers were beyond great! SO GOOOOOOD. I got the Mexican and my boyfriend got the 420. You can order a combo which comes with fries and a drink, non alcoholic or a beer/wine. The burgers were hands down one of the best. The patty was huge. The meat was super tender, so juicy. The Mexican had jalapeno in it which added a great kick. Plenty of guac. I tried my boyfriend's 420 and I liked that even more. It had brie on it which was amazing. Creamy and paired so well with the beef. Their fries were just as amazing. Oh man, I really loved their fries. Super crisp, hot, plentiful. I ate the whole batch. So good! They take credit card. You order at the counter and they yell out your name when it's ready. The Burger Joint itself is eclectic with both indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom upstairs. Loved it! A must try!

    Hopefully they enforce it.

Whenever a spot has posters of Chewbacca or signs that read "No Kardashians Allowed", you know you've stumbled upon something special. Whoever dreams up the burgers at this place has a little mad scientist in them, and we are all better off for it. Top that off with hand-cut fries, local Argentine beers, and decor that lives somewhere between graffiti and Andy Warhol, and you've got one cool place indeed. Laid back and local. More joints like this are needed everywhere.

You can't say you've been to Buenos Aires if you haven't visited Burger Joint! Definitely one of the best Burger places I've ever been to. First, the environment, the walls are decorated with notes from previous visitors, the music is great and the people who works there can't be nicer. Now to the food- nice sized burger with everything you want on it, guacamole, chimichurri, pineapple and bunch of surprises all you need is ask. The franch fries are heavenly and you can choose between soda or been to come along with it. You absolutely must visit burger joint!

Came here for a late lunch and was not disappointed. This place has counter service during lunch so you place you order and wait for your name to be called. The place is pretty chill with some interesting decor. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Had the vegetarian burger which was moist and tasty on a fresh roll. The fries were good. Overall price point was very reasonable. You may want to get the combo! I would happily return!

On this one I am going to agree that these burgers were amazing. Being from the United States we certainly know a lot about burgers but in all the travels I've done there's only one other place in Key Largo Florida that can hold a candle to this burger joint. The staff is very friendly and efficient, they are very quick in getting you your food hot and the way you ordered it and the ambience is really fun. I also love the fact that the folks in Buenos Aries are very ecologically minded and use very few products that would end up in a landfill. That pleases me

My fav hamburger place so far. Place is near Plaza Serrano and its always crowded so you better arrive early. They have a wide variety of hamburgers, i always go for the "L'Americana" (i think that's its name). Price is ok, and you can have your burger combo with crafted beer (which is delicious). I fully recommend this place.

Love the vibe here, it was recommended by a friend who had been here before. Staff are super chill and food was good.

As an American visiting abroad, this place was a small link to home I never thought I'd need. My first week of a three week trip, I aggravated an old knee injury and was limited to how far I could walk from my hostel and it was in perfect walking distance. I limped and hobbled here everyday returning for the deliciousness inside those beautiful buns. Here we are 5 years later and this place still haunts me from a thousand miles away with how delicious it was.

Mexican (veggie) burger, fries, and cerveza

Great neighborhood burger joint in BA. Very friendly staff and a few of them speak English, which is great, since my Spanish is broken. And yes, they have free (and good) wifi...as do most places. They are cash only, but there is a good money exchange place around the corner the owner told me about - super nice guy. The decor is cool - lots of graffiti and random movie posters all over. They have a back garden patio area which is cool, as well as front outdoor seating on the sidewalk. They have a veggie burger that you can substitute for any other style of burger. I ordered the Mexican burger with the veggie one. They have a couple of combos, so I chose the one with fries and a cerveza - got a draft pale ale. Their local beer isn't bad...it's a normal beer, similar to a Miller or Bud. The burger was fantastic! The cheese was melted on, had spicy jalapeños, and the bread was warm and moist. The burger itself wasn't too dry and didn't fall apart. The fries were actually really good, esp with a ketchup-hot sauce mixture. Their ketchup is also different than the US - reminds me of Indian maggi ketchup. Overall, solid place and glad to know I have a backup option in case any of my other restaurants on the list fail.

The whole craft beer explosion here has spread way beyond its ground zero of the touristy sections…read moreof Palermo. Just along the 18 blocks of this avenue, and within a block either side, I counted seven dedicated spots, and I wasn't even searching. This one mostly caught my attention because it took over the space that I was originally headed to as noted above, an old, traditional parrilla that was famed for both its meat and its seafood parrilladas, or mixed grills. A bit dimly lit, but comfortable. Friendly staff. Impressive selection of beers - around a dozen on tap, all various national craft beers, and also a list of 50+ international beers in bottle or can. I ordered up an excellent Kellan Irish Red on tap, and... ...an order of their hot wings, described as a Latin American version with a lime juice and soy marinade, then fried, and then coated in a rocoto chili sauce. Absolutely delicious. Just barely brushed with a hint of the rocoto chili sauce, but flavorful on their own, and a request for a ramekin of the sauce was immediately honored, with the traditional porteño warning of "it's super picante, be very careful". Between the wings and saving it for the fries on the next dish, I used the whole ramekin. (120 pesos) A dozen different burgers on offer, from classic to some creative versions, like a Thai green chili burger. I decided to go with the house burger, the "dBox", a 150 gm (6-7 oz) patty, cooked just a trifle past medium, topped with crisp bacon, red onion, roasted plum tomatoes, american cheese, and a runny-yolk egg. Great housemade burger roll, which held up all the way through. Delicious all around. The fries, unfortunately, were a bit under-cooked, still having a bit of crunch in the center - probably just single fried rather than double. (150 pesos) Overall, nice place, comfortable, great hot wings, great beer selection, quite good burger, they need to work on the fries. Recommended.
