The patty comes out as something that reminds me less of a burger and more as meatloaf. And to be clear, it's OK that Europe hasn't mastered the burger. I don't need it to. Specifically - very flavorful beef, the right "density" so it didn't feel like meatloaf, a good grilled flavor, juicy without being overly greasy. Just a solid burger patty, I'd be happy with this in the US, no question. Lots of creative toppings, and nice hot crispy fries.
