Me and my friend usually dine in 8 cuts when we crave for burger. But yesterday we decided to search from the internet which burger is currently on top 1. Then based on 2016 review of awesomeplanet the Burger Geek was spotted on top 1. So on out curiosity we went to Alabang all the way from Makati just to try their burger. So here is the very unforgettable and very rude experience ever...LOCATION:The place is not very accessible if you will opt to commute. It is 2 or 3 blocks away from the highway and is situated in a parking lot.VENUE:It is a very ordinary place. Not a good choice if you want to dine on a cozy place. The ventilation is not good as we expect it. All seats wouldn't be available for occupancy if you don't want to feel like eating burger under the sun.SERVICE:The crews are not attentive. You have to call them to catch their attention to place an order. They are not also polite and rude specially the business owner. We really had a bad experience dealing with the business owner to the point that he requested us to go out. What a rude man. It started with the seats we want to occupy. Since me and my friend would like to seat side by side we requested the crew if we can take the seats on the other side. The crew agreed and just told us to wait because she will just clean the table. Then there's a couple with a child who are seated on another table came to take the seats. But then we told them that we are going to occupy it and we are just waiting for the crew to transfer our food. Then here comes Greorge Koh (I guess) the owner, who rudely asked us if we are expecting for other guest, as if he really want us to give the seats to the family. We were embarrassed because the way he delivered his sentences. I had this same kind of experience but they usually asked it politely, not the way he did it as if he really want us to leave the seats and just take the single table. He didn't even REQUESTED it, he COMMANDED us to just stay on our table. It was very unreasonable because that family already occupies another seat and there were still more seats available and he just want us to move out of that seat for someone else? Also what made me mad was he repeatedly came to us to "EXPLAIN" and say "SORRY" in not a good way. He said "Im sorry it was all a mistake..etc, but the tone of his voice and all are not very sincere and rude). I hate it all specially those last statements that made me and my friend leave their store without finishing eating their food and paying for it as well. He said "If you are not enjoying eating here you can just leave the food and go out". This is the worst restaurant ever asking a customer to leave their store because of their own attitude. I swear he deliver it in a rude way. Definitely I won't recommend this burger store to any of my friends. 8 cuts is still the best burger so far.FOOD:Just an ordinary burger, the bacon was toasted and I can't almost bite it so I just opted to remove the bacon from it. The burger sauce is sour and It lacks mayo. Their mustard is just ordinary. Their onion rings is very toasted that I can't taste the onions. The breading of the onion is not consistent and sticks to each other. Overall I hate this store, their food, their staff. read more
