It's a 3.5!!! I went there with a lot of expectations but it failed to live up to them.So starting with the feel of the place it's a nice and open space with decent amount of seating.This is a new location so it's fresh and clean but I wouldn't say that for their bathrooms-they need attention, not the cleanest one around. So the menu is pretty basic you pick your burger and add your toppings, but it's so hard to order and pick your toppings at the same time since the menu board on right on top of the cash register normally the menu is pushed behind the register-you will know what I'm saying once you go and order. Coming down to the main-the burger pattie was nice but wasn't as juicy or oozing with cheese as I expected it to be.Amd mind you I know my Juicy Lucy as I have had them in Minneapolis which is home to Juicy Lucy's. The buns are so much bigger than the pattie.The texture of the bun is such that it falls apart while eating too.Overall all a 7/10 for the burger.As far as the poutine goes I absolutely loved the gravy but didn't like the fact they didn't load it up with cheese curds and instead had mozzarella cheese. Next time I'm definitely trying their funnel cake. There's plenty of parking in the plaza.I would say give this place a shot for me it didn't really excite my tastebuds. read more

We ordered pickup via skip the dishes to avoid sitting inside. The order was placed at the bottom of the list. I arrived after 25 mins and they hadn't even started the order. The staff completely ignored me snd had to get a bit upset to get someone's attention. In the end we waited 55 mins while they were taking walk on orders ans serving them up ahead of ours. Absolutely ridiculous. The final insult was that all four burgers were burnt on the edges and so over cooked they were practically inedible. NEVER AGAIN. I've been excited about this restaurant opening up in Milton, so today was the day I would give it a try. Overall the quality of the burger is better than a typical fast food burger, say Rotten Ronnies (McDonalds). But they are competing in the gourmet burger realm, for which I believe they fall short. The buns are simply too big for their patties, so for the first bite or two, all I got was bun. My wife and I also shared a poutine. I liked the flavor of the gravy but they skimped on the cheese curds and used shredded mozzarella - very faux pas. While the dining area is clean, they could use a little more atmosphere - a TV would be a welcomed addition, and the AC system is too loud. It was also very frustrating that they do not have high chairs, so parents with small children be warned! The staff are very friendly and the food was made in a timely manner. If I were to come here again, I would try the funnel cakes because they looked pretty good. read more

Its the service that got 4 star. My friend picked up dinner for my mom, me and himself. I ordered Cheesy Lucy combo. Unfortunately when he got the food home when was a regular hamburger. Good service in four stars comes in when I called and advice restaurant of the mistake, they immediately ask me to come back and pick up the New Order. I got the New Order and they had actually remade two of the burgers. Actually when I walked in the door they knew exactly who I was had it ready for me. Sunday and the owner served me. Me and my pet (POOH the raccoon) want to try this place, new to Milton. 2 burgers(one plain for Pooh). I saw fresh beef put on grill with some seasoning. The best for $5.99 each. NO Mc Donalds here the burgers were A1 and Pooh loved it with a smile. read more
