When I was working at a different location, one of my coworkers and I were talking about food…read moretrucks. She told me that there was one she frequents that it is often parked by a nearby high school. The next day, it happened to be there. I got lost during my lunch, so she offered to pick me up a burger on the way back. Even though they were suppose to be closed, the owners of the truck made the exception and cooked me my portabella burger (no meat, just the mushroom) with sundried tomatoes, carmelized onions and cheese. Since she didn't know what side to get me, she ordered a side of regular fries. The mushroom was marinated so it had some earthiness but didn't overpower everything else. The tomatoes and onions added some sweetness and some amazing contrast in textures. I was so in love that when I found out they were on my side of town, I had to get my coworker to come with me. We both ordered burgers, she got hers with sweet potato fries, I got mine with regular but an additional side order of sweet potato fries, and a mint t brownie. While they were cooking up our order fresh, we split the brownie. It was so sweet that I developed 32 cavities. The slice was so big that we both were full from it and had some to eat as desert for later. I got to work and sadly, one box was missing..that with my side of sweet fries. Oh well, its not like I didn't have enough to eat. I tried my coworkers, and they sated my appetite for the time. The next time that I went, something happened that clinched the deal and my loyalty. I walked up to the trick and before I even opened my mouth, the owner said. "I'm so sorry I forgot your fries last time, I'll give them to you this time". This was WEEKS later. She was explaining that if she knew which location I worked, she would've dropped them off. That kind of service is above and beyond any place else that I've been in El Paso. Don't be alarmed that I've only tried the one burger. They also have turkey burgers, beef burgers, a burger with chorizo and an egg and a vegan burger now (which I can't wait to try. They also have specials like brisket nachos and Kit-Kat brownies. I recommend you follow them on twitter (@creategoeats) and try one for your self!

I've been passing by this food truck for almost two weeks, so I finally decided to give it a try…read moretoday. I'm willing to give this establishment 3.5 stars. For almost $10, I think you can give a little more food IMHO like rice and beans. I think you can get four tacos for around $5.00 in town. For convenience of location and saving some of my lunch time for not having to travel further to other taco shops, I'm willing to pay some more. Now, in their defense, all tacos plates come with five...though they are somewhat on a small side...about 3 1/4 in. in diameter. I opted for al pastor, and I was not disappointed. Flavor was very good, and fresh condiments added refreshing taste to it to cut down on some greasiness. Guacamole sauce was a bit runny, but it did add some freshness. You'd better be careful with salsa...it's very hot (at least to me). Customer service is very good. A very pleasant lady takes orders and process payments. Orders came out fairly fast...about 5 minutes. I can handle that even during extreme heat waiting under the sun these days.

This place is great. The steak tacos are to die for. The only thing I would say is that it is quite…read moreexpensive. A little pricey for their 6 tacos lunch menu item. It ended up costing and being over $2 a taco. My advice is that if you are really hungry, I highly suggest getting the torta, which is also really good and filled with tons and tons of meat and comes with their homemade salsas -- the red salsa is firey spicy!!! The green salsa is a lot more milder. This is definitely a great go to spot in the area
