I think this restaurant is amazing! It's like chipotle but with burgers! So basically a deconstructed burger in a bowl. I personally get my bowl with a French fries base they also have a lettuce base but the French fries is more filling. This is probably my favorite place to go grab a burger! If you're going to Burbowl, you definitely do no want to miss their burgers with fried egg on top and their awesome curled fries on the side. I always ordered from them and never had a problem until today. I ordered wings, a burger and fries. Some of my wings arrived burnt which you can see in the picture. They sent me the wrong fries and they were all cold. Also the lettuce on my burger had to be old as hell because they had dark spots. I love a good burger and I was really excited to try BurBowl at the new location across from FIU, sadly it was meh. Expectations were not met, it wasn't a bad meal even if it was a tad overpriced but it wasn't special either I wouldn't skip Five Guys or Pinchot to go back. Too many burger options thank goodness for first world problems. On October 5th 2019 the owner reached out to me about correcting issues. Since my original review was 3 months prior to this date I would first be more responsive to social media. That being said if I knew how to turn a mediocre burger restaurant into something special I would probably open one. I wasn't impressed I posted my review in your restaurant and you took 3 months to respond. That may be an indicator right there about how much you want input. I don't consider my opinion to be all that important and apparently neither do you again I didn't die from eating your burger, asking me now about an unmemorable sandwich seems sort of pointless. I am sure some people dig it I thought the place was boring and that is hard to fix. read more

Went to Burbowl this morning and can say I'm really impressed. The actual burbowls (burger bowls) are a massive amount of food with as many add ons as desired for no additional cost (minus guacamole). All of this is great tasting and a pretty great price. On top of that FIU students receive a 10% discount. Will definitely be coming back. read more

This place was NASTY !!! I ordered a "grill chicken" bowl.. the chicken was air fried not grilled & the cheese on top of my food was watery like the consistency of a runny nose type !I took 4 bites and realized I couldn't force the rest of my food down, the texture of everything together was rubbery and slimey EWW !so unfortunately I ended up throwing it all out... even the flies at the park weren't landing on it . I love trying out a new place to eat and saw that this place was open. Me and a coworker were excited to grab some lunch from this spot instead of our usual. The decor was nice however the food did not meet or exceed our expectations. My coworker got the Miami bowl with a veggie patty and I ordered a veggie burger. Let's just say I was disappointed. The staff weren't knowledgeable in what the patty consisted of and when it was delivered I could tell it wasn't a freshly made veggie patty. Some from the freezer. My fries weren't golden brown and they weren't hot. My coworker's bowl and milkshake was a very small portion. We were both shocked given the price she paid for her entire meal. I definitely don't plan on returning. It was worth a try though. read more

Always looking for new restaurants, we tried BurBowl on a whim. Staff was very friendly & helpful, the decor is laid back college burger joint. The menu offers good options, even including vegan & a variety of bowls. The chocolate shake was amazing. Seriously. Fries were fresh, crisp and not greasy. I do wish the patty was a little thicker but tasty & well cooked. On the whole a win, we'll definitely be back. read more

I have tried most burger joints in Miami and for me this is the very BEST. Their burgers are not only juicy tender and delish but also Grass Fed with NO hormones or antibiotics. You can actually taste the difference. A lot of extras you can add as well as many different sauces to make that burger into a feast. The guacamole is charged extra but gives it all a nice kick. A little more expensive than most burgers in town but you can't beat the high Quality and taste. Very helpful friendly staff too. The food was good and the price is fair. We had the lettuce burger and it was tasty and a good size. The kids burger was good too. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the confusion at pickup time. They only gave us half the order and they didn't realize it until we were almost back home. The food is alright. The cashier at this establishment the woman who is a Spanish speaker, is extremely rude! Whenever myself and my boyfriend go there she seems very impatient and treats us with very little respect. When we walked in she didn't greet us and overall sounded very annoyed and had no patience. We had watched them walk in and she greeted them, and she did not even greet us. She needs to get herself together and realize that customers need to be treated with respect. I was actually excited to eat at this place. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, oreo milkshake and 5 piece wings. I was mostly excited for the cheeseburger. It was an alright burger. I was expecting a juicy burger but it was pretty dry. However, the wings and the milkshake were so good. The burger really disappointed me because I was expecting a delicious burger due to the reviews I have read. Also, the restaurant smelled a bit weird to me.
