This is a big Burberry outlet store in Woodbury commons. At the entrance they have the accessories section that has scarfs, bags, purses and wallets. On the left, it's the men's apparel and shoes sections. On the right, it's women's. In the back, they have very tiny kid's section as well. The apparel has the most stock in the store, followed by shoes. Prices are decent, especially because items are have discounts between 30%-70%. The store is clean and tiny. Several associates walk around the store to keep things in order and help customers with different questions. The checkout area is super nice with all red wall in the back. Multiple registers were open when we were at the store, so there was not much wait time. read more

I got scammed. I'm a repeat-customer, and I am unsure what just transpired during our evening visit on 11/17/24. We saw a XXXL shirt on their 50% markdown rack. It made sense that it was on the rack because it was the only collared shirt if it's kind left, and also a XXXL size, usually larger than average consumer. One associate told us it was on the incorrect rack, and that it belonged to the collard shirts 20% off, but it wasn't similar at all to any of the shirts on that rack. When we asked for price, they wouldn't just scan the shirt to tell me the price. 2 associates kept telling us off the top of their head as 20%, while associate was adamant that it was in the correct section of 50%. When we checked out, the younger caucasian man, who told us the shirt was in the wrong section, rang us up. It was all so shady, and in retrospect, I should've just placed the shirt down and came back another time to confirm with a supervisor. I will be escalating this issue. read more

The sales staff looked sleep deprived and the store was relatively empty so my browsing was largely of the self service variety but I can't complain about the spoils of retail war - a classic trench that looks and fits perfectly. Technically, it's an "outlet" but the final price was probably closer to MSRP than it should have been. Unless you're buying a purple sport coat with one sleeve missing my experience is that the outlet ruse never really delivers what it promises. No matter, I love the coat and I didn't wake the staff from their nap. A drowsy four stars. read more

Visited mid July 2024. My worst experience was in the Burberry store. Female employees were openly hostile to customers behind their back when deciding who of them should help customers. Imagine, I just entered to shop and buy a $3000 Burberry bag and heard all this nonsense behind my back....Employees were making rude comments and remarks about me and others entering the store. Customers were being treated disrespectfully, mocked, subjected to racial harassment and jokes - calling them FAT, UGLY etc. Naturally, I decided to make my purchase elsewhere. Employees like this are a bad sign for the business. In other stores lying and providing misleading information on prices is a common practice the same product costed 40% off for me but 40% off PLUS 30% off for my husband. So yeah . I found a used condom in my suit pocket. I paid over $1000 to get a suit with a dirty condom in it. I think I have a very good sense of humor so at some point I've laughed about this in attempts to forget however the way the company handled it wasn't funny. They did nothing to compensate me for the horrible experience. I was able to return the suit but the damage was done considering I made this nasty discovery while I was walking into a business meeting. I didn't see that COMING! Disgusting !!!!!!! Never have I been offered such wonderful service, all from 3000 miles away! When I called the store from California to source a Prorsum Spring/Summer 2015 item, I received expert, knowledgeable help about the store's inventory from Mujtaba Pervez, the operations supervisor. He even offered to keep an eye out for me should any items similar to the one I wanted come into the store. Within hours of our conversation, he emailed me and attached pictures and prices of items he had found. Unfortunately, I already own the items that were in stock at that location. No one really helped me out the day I showed up but that was because this store was bombarded (and with lots of Chinese folks, I can hear them all speaking). Even if I wanted to ask a question, I was afraid because I saw employees snapping at each other they were so overwhelmed. Eek. It was a bit ridiculous because the deals weren't even THAT great compared to the sales elsewhere. The inventory really lacked also in the purse and scarf categories (plenty of cute coats though when I went). The store is actually quite spacious but with the sheer amount of people in here, there was no where to go. But let's be honest, being Asian myself, I can't hate Burberry ever. I can't speak much about the selection at this Burberry, but I can say that the customer service I received spoke volumes. Mike is the kindest person I've met that works for Burberry and helped me out in less than 5 minutes with a simple request. A single person can make your day and restore your faith in a brand's poor customer service. Kudos to him. Go on the weekdays for less crowds and definitely make friends with an associate if you're in need of a particular item. They can keep an eye out for you. read more

I never ever write bad reviews, but I would give zero stars if I could. I don't know the supervisor's name, but he is the one that is bald and fat. He has an attitude and his customer service was beyond terrible. With that kind of demeanor, he does not have the qualifications to be a supervisor! We felt that because we were Chinese, he was looking down on us. Please beware when purchasing from here because you may get ripped off! We found an item that we really wanted and it was priced at $995 for small size. However, it was too small and so we got the medium size. We didn't bother to look at the price because in all these years of living here in America, clothings with the same style and different sizes are always priced the same. After purchasing, we checked the receipt and it was $1095. The supervisor explained that the price tag on the small size was a "mistake" and so we walked away since we understood that people can make mistakes. BUT the problem is that we saw the large size and it was ALSO priced at $995! How can small and large be priced at $995, but the medium is $1095?! We brought this to his attention and he had the nerve to say something along the lines of "oh this was a mistake too, the price of the medium size should be the correct one. If you guys want it then take it, if not, then leave!" read more

Be aware that their return policy is EXCHANGE ONLY. They will not entertain refunds. My college aged son ended up purchasing a $300 scarf for his girlfriend due to among other things some strong tactics from an aggressive saleslady. He had purchased something else more suitable in the meantime thinking he will would be able to return to Burberry for a refund. When attempting to return for a refund, the manager was completely smug and hid behind their "store policy". Don't expect the salespeople nor the cashier to tell you this before you purchase an item. They won't. I would caution purchases especially in the case of those with limited resources. read more

I've been there today and didn't really like to stand on a line to go in. Too many men guarding the store. It's really not Tiffany's. Too much peacock for chicken. I found a nice coat. The price is $2K. It was for $1,100. Oh well. If I'm paying that kind of price you better suck up to me and offer me a glass of champagne. I've been treated better. Wow, the merchandise here is expensive! There are no sales! Wait, I lied, there is, 15% off....$5000! Yep, that's such a good deal, I might even buy the whole store..jk, nobody has that kind of cold cash. This store is for the ones who spend lavishly and the ones who have that kind of dough laying around...I give Burberry three stars because their air condition system was on full blast and I felt fabulous strolling through the store, pretending to be a millionaire. The second store was for the amount of body guards they have in there, good job protecting those bags that cost more than everything in my closet, and third for design and organization. One of the female managers exchanged my Burberry wallet that had been fraying. I had purchased it about a year ago, but this phenomenal women went out of her way to check the back for every color of the wallet that they still carried, and let me pick one from the three she brought! If I didn't love Burberry, there is no way I would ever visit this store. They staff either completely ignores you and opts to chat with each other or they are all over you. As far as Burberry outlets go, this one is by far the most ghetto. It's not al that nicely appointed and often doesn't have a great selection. It's very dark and a little dreary. If you want a great experience with really helpful staff, I would highly recommend visiting the BB outlet in Vegas or SoCal. read more

The store is always busy on a regular weekend. The sales associate Tikkre who helped me ran around the floor with little to no attention to customers which is hard to believe for a luxury brand. What really got me is she checked me out with the wrong size of the coat I tried on and didn't even bother put it in a garment bag and just stuffed it into a small paper bag. Felt like I just shopped in Walmart. This is a complete different shopping experience compared to the store at jersey shore outlet where it's so calm and everyone is nice and helpful. Oh my gosh. This complaint will definitely go to corporate and Facebook. Shame on you Burberry for allowing resellers to have access to your stockrooms and to have access to shop behind your registers. The resellers were buying up racks of coats and going in and out of the store stock rooms like they were employees. I was so shocked that the male employee who helped me told me that theres nothing he could do. When I got to the register to pay I mentioned to that associate if I went behind their register they would have called the police on me. Corporate can pull the security footage for todays date Aug 30, 2019 and they can see that this will coincide with a large transaction before twelve noon. I have pictures of the clothing rack that was filled up with merchandise that the resellers kept dumping merchandise onto. What happened to putting a limit on purchasing items? So the greed of resellers are more important to Burberry's bottom line that they would not implement policy changes that ALL customers can have an equal shopping experience. read more

A small matter but still makes me wonder. I bought a coat there recently. The saleswoman who helped me was terrific. The cashier, not so much. When she asked for the saleswoman's name, I got it wrong. The cashier proceeded to laugh, turned to a coworker and joked about it and laughed. That was rather rude, but whatever. Then when she handed me my coat, she put it in a bag, didn't give me a garment bag or hanger. I thought that was rather cheap and poor customer service. I just spent $600 and you guys won't give a garment bag or hanger. I left, but after a while I became more and more irritated, so I went back to the story and tracked down the saleswoman, who gave me the garment bag and hanger. When I asked her whether it was against store policy to give out bags or hangers, she said no, she didn't understand why the cashier failed to do so. Hmmm. Poor service, an oversight ... or maybe b/c I'm not white? The cashier is a white girl, with dark medium length hair, 20-something, so pay attention to her, people. read more
