Buona Pasta is their actual factory - not a shop front, not a café or restaurant, but it does allow for sales from there. In fact as you enter their foyer all you'll find is a large freezer in front of you. The door bell will alert a staff member who will come out and fill your request.
So I'm giving them 5 stars not for the ambience or the decor, not for the usual expectations, but for what this actually is: A good old factory direct sale of an excellent local product.
The cheapest you'll find a 500gram pack of pasta in stores will be $7 and here you can buy 2kgs for $20. I only ever buy their meat and/or spinach/ricotta ravioli and they're brilliant. In addition it's a local business and it's excellent fresh pasta. In times where prices are steadily rising this is a great option if you have a budget and enjoy great pasta. read more
