I went in for lunch and ordered the italian beef with cheese, hot giardiniera, and a side of fries. I sat down and not too long after my food was brought to me. I noticed that they forgot to add hot giardiniera and cheese to my italian beef. I went up to the counter and told them about it. They took my italian beef and they threw cheese on top of it and gave me my side of hot giardiniera. The cheese wasn't even melted which I thought was unusual. I came here my first day of work with my team, and the food was quite delicious. It was a bit confusing at the start with the menus, but I see you walk with them (I'd think that was dangerous, but that's me) and then order at the front where the registers are -- where they have another menu for you to read. I come here for lunch about once or twice a month mostly for the small Supreme pizza. I sometimes go for the burgers here and yes I know that is not the norm, but I like the burgers here as well. I also like the salads here. A lot of my co-workers like the beef sandwiches here as well but I am not really a beef sandwich sort of guy. Funny part is I am not a pizza guy either but I like the individual pizzas here. The crust is not a normal pizza crust but is thin and very crunchy. I tend to like that. Overall the food it always fresh and I have never had I bad meal here. I will continue coming back every month! read more

I ordered online, was there BEFORE the designated pick up time and STILL waited 40 minutes. Cars ordering from the drive thru received their orders BEFORE I did and my food was cold. Came here couple of times for lunch. I have tried their ceased salad, Portobello Provolone Panini and shakes. I liked everything so far. Staff is polite and service is quick. I stopped in for a quick lunch with my coworker. We split a chicken salad sandwich and a chopped salad. The service was friendly and quick and the restaurant was clean. We both really enjoyed the chopped salad. The dressing is a vinaigrette and has really good flavor. The sandwich was ok. I'm not a huge fan of chicken salad to begin with. I was the only customer at the restaurant. I prepaid and preordered because I was in a hurry. To make a long story short I waited nearly an hour for a salad. there was around 5 employees doing nothing. they said it would be right out. 30 minutes later, nothing. they blocked the phone, would not take my texts, or come and talk to me. 1 hour, they got my money, and I never got 1 salad is what I ordered. There was not 1 single other customer and now I know why, this place should be shut down or the employees fired or charged with theft. I was the only customer, and I'll never be back. They were by a counter, and it looked like they were shooing away cockroaches. they should have texted or called and been honest and told me there's bugs in our food, we'll refund your money. They seemed to have been in the middle of a fight. so buena is paying 5 idiots to do nothing, certainly not serving food to their 1 customer that night. At first I thought they were being robbed and nearly called 911. of course i missed my appointments, but at that point I was too pissed to deal with these appointments from these morons at buona beef. read more

This place is su... It's just a few min away from my office, therefore I go there couple times per month. Their food is not bad, but their service and cooks massing up my orders way too many times. I wouldn't write anything if it was just one time or two times accident, but these guys making it wrong any other time. So, today I had a pizza pickup, with 3 ingredients, one was missing. Couple times fries was missing, and when I asked the guy who brought my food that I didn't get fries with my order he never showed up again. So, I asked manager and he gave me back money for the fries. These are just couple examples, and it's getting very annoying! I hope someone from their management read this review and will make better quality control! read more

There's a reason so many complaints are on here about the service. It is BAD. I waited ten minutes before anyone talked to me. Three people passed me multiple times. There was a girl bagging orders working her ass off but that's about it. Online said my order was going to be ready at 745 that was incorrect they hadn't even started until 8. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Hopefully that awesome worker quits and gets a job that will appreciate her work ethic. read more

This place was really yummy. It was right across street from the hotel. I've been here twice so far. I got the original need sandwich the first time and the pizza the second time. This is very close to my work but I don't come too often. Today I decided to wait until after 1 to avoid the lunch rush. I walk in and there is only one customer at the register. There are 3 registers and 3 employees. No problem I will wait in line until they see me and tell me to step up. Both girls look right at me but continue to talk about whatever it is they were happily talking about. One just stood behind her register. The other was cleaning the power chord on her machine. Then she moves over to fiddle with the chord on the first machine. The manager in his special shirt walks by and makes contact with me. I am visibly upset. Still standing in line...5 minutes. My lunch hour is valuable time. Hate when there are employees standing around. I already have to argue with my family to go to Buona...now I have a reason never to come back. I will take my business to the other beef place in town...you know, the one where they have 6 people standing in the rain and snow ready to taking your order quickly and efficiently. Oh man, get the chicken artichoke sandwich. It's in the top 5 for best grilled sandwiches I have the pleasure of digesting. This place can be quite expensive, but this sandwich is worth every penny. The individual pan pizza's are great too. Add some cheese fries and your good to go! One thing that gets me is their coupons they give out for purchases. They expire within a week. Food is good. However drive thru service is the slowest I have experienced at a Buona. Even during off peak hours you still have to wait 10min for simple dishes, and I only order for 1 or 2 people and never a lot of food. Often after the wait the food comes not how I ordered it. Please improve your drive thru service as this location is close and I'd like to continue to be a customer. read more

Ordered a children's chicken tender meal and they used to give you three and now they cut back to two (according to the manager I spoke with). I personally couldn't remember how many were given in the past but, the tenders were noticeably smaller (my Granddaughter even noticed). I should've taken a picture. The menu here is hit-or-miss, but more miss than hit. The pizzas are overbaked, dry, and not worth it (except for maybe the Thursday promos). The salads are also not worth the price, especially considering how bare they are. For example, don't be surprised if the strawberry avocado salad comes with only a few slices of the avocados and strawberries, and is instead 90% spinach. The milkshake happy hour IS a good deal, however. I recommend trying the Ghiradelli brownie flavor which contains bits of the brownies blended into a vanilla milkshake. The burgers, paninis, and sub sandwiches here are more or less standard, and the Italian beef is also standard but on the pricey side for a fast-food chain, especially for a 10-incher with the addition of cheese, peppers, etc. I should also warn that the Italian beef toppings are often unevenly distributed; for instance one side of the sandwich may have a lot of cheese while other side would be devoid of it. read more

Not a huge fan of this Buona at all. I work in the area and have been here a few times for lunch. It seems like every time, I have something wrong with my order. Today, I went in and ordered a beef with hot peppers; I know the cashier heard me because she repeated it and it was even on the receipt. However, when I got to work (to eat), there were absolutely NO hot peppers on my beef sandwich. Nothing better than a beef sandwich with NO flavor!! I will not be coming back to this Buona and will continue going to the one closer to my house (when I do go). read more

This was the worse grilled chicken salad I have had. I asked for fresh grilled chicken but received a cold chicken heated up; the texture was rubbery. The salad was primarily iceberg lettuce which couldn't hold a torch to the McDonalds grilled chicken salad. It's a shame that McDonalds has a better salad then this place. Told the cashier and she stated if I would like to talk to the manager. I see no point in talking to the manager, he or she knows the quality of food they are serving and I don't think they care. Very disappointed! While I love the food, this location is terrible!! I placed an order over the phone, with a person I could barely understand, only to get to the restaurant to find my order was never placed. Since the food was for family that was in the hospital, and they really wanted the food, I called back later only to be told by the General Manager that the order, one individual pizza, would take over an hour to make!!!!!!!!!
