Thank God, I had to go to the bathroom before I ordered, I'm in a in a stall and while I'm there three male employees separately came in to use the bathroom, none of whom washed thier hands afterwards and simply left....two of them after defecating in the stall next to me. Now, who knows maybe they passed up the two sinks in the bathroom to wash their hands in the kitchen, but I doubt it. I have only gone through the drive thru, so my review is based on that. Pros: Sometimes the drive-thru is about the same speed as most other fast food places, so I guess that's a plus. Right? It could be worse. They rarely have too many customers, but that is probably due to all the negatives. Cons: -At least half of every order I have made has had mistakes in one way or another. -About half the time I come here, there is a language barrier that adds a level of frustration. I learned that I need to say everything slowly and clearly otherwise I have to repeat myself. The employees often speak too fast and in an accent that is somewhat difficult to understand, or too quiet for you to hear. -The fries are always in the barely warm range and are in between 'somewhat edible' to 'kind of gross'. I rarely get them due to this. -They rarely give you your receipt. No guarantee that you will get a receipt, even if you ask when you make the order, or when you pay. The trick is to remember and ask when you get to the 2nd, and final window. If they have you pull forward then you have to check then too. -The screen where you place your order rarely, if ever, displays your items. Between the language barrier and lack of receipt, you have to check the entire order every time before you leave the drive thru. ----- My experience last night: Awful. Lukewarm and soggy fries. Received a burger I did not want but ended up paying for. I asked for the receipt because I had to repeat myself 3 times and was super frustrated at that point. Silly me, I made the assumption that asking at the window for the receipt would help my chances of getting it. Nope! I talked slowly and clearly when ordering. Another employee stepped in partway to help what I think was a newhire. I had to repeat myself to him again. The first person was very difficult to understand. At the 2nd window, yet another employee (manager I think) poked her head out and asked me what I ordered. I repeated again, slowly, everything as I already had before. She nodded and said ok. The order was larger than my usual and I was in a hurry so I just glanced in the bag. It seemed close enough. My mistake. Besides the extra sandwich I didn't want, two of the burgers had the wrong condiments. I asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. Somehow they were able to mess that up. It had no ketchup, but did include a tomato. Ummm, close I guess. ----- Final thoughts: This place gets 1 star for employees that are generally not unfriendly. That's a plus I suppose. The drive thru is a decent enough speed, but they are rarely busy so I would expect as much. The food tastes like it has been sitting in a heat lamp for a while, and not even all that warm. There is not much I can say about this Wendy's that is good. read more

This review is more for the staff than the food. The food here has been very consistent and some of the best Wendy's fries I've had. But really I'd like to say how wonderful the staff are. They are always friendly. Always polite. They work fast but don't make mistakes. I get lunch here about once a week and I am always impressed with the staff. Today they even gave me a discount because they were out of the cookie I wanted. Not necessary by any means, but a nice gesture. Sure its fast food, but the service is excellent. This is the closest Wendy's by me so I stop every so often and keep getting disappointed. Their Guaranteed hot and crispy fries have yet to be either of those. The burgers I got were luke warm at best and the Strawberry Frosty I paid for became a chocolate one at the pick up window. When I first pulled up to the drive-thru the girl (receipt says Jennifer) asked me what I wanted and then continued to talk to the person that was sitting at the window. Which whatever that's fine but then as I'm placing the order the screen doesn't match what I've said so I tell her that i needed spicy nuggets with ranch she then aggressively tells me she's got it and ask me if I want anything else. I tell her no and proceed to the window. After I receive my first bag of food I notice it only contains the 4 for $4 meal she then hands me my two drinks but doesn't give me my number 6 with cheese and fries. I tell her this and she just stares at me for a second then walks around and comes back with another bag. I then open the sandwich to check for cheese which isn't on the sandwich and I tell this to her. She tell me to keep it and pull up where I wait another 4min for her to come out with a piece of cheese. The entire time I'm waiting there is an employee is standing outside repeatedly trying to get her to let him in. Then I get home and both the nuggets and the chicken are not spicy as requested. My husband and I were doing Uber eats. My husband went in and got the food for the customer. The food came with three frosty and a hot coffee. He handed me the cup holder and the coffee was not in there correctly. It fell out and the lid was not on it all the way also. It fell in my lap and burnt my legs. I was buckled in so I could not move fast so it kept burning me. It was all over my new car also. My husband went back in to get a new coffee and told them what happened. The manager just laughed and handed him a new cup. I went in to grab napkins and told them again what happens and the manager said I was a dumb bitch that can't hold a coffee right and that I'm going to be the next lady to sue over being burned by coffee. I was completely floored at the complete and utter lack of any attempt at good customer service that I witnessed today. To the point where I left before even placing an order. I came in and went to the drive thru. Had to have been about 15 cars in line. After 10 minutes we maybe moved up three spots. By then I gave up, parked, and went inside. Found six people waiting for food. And no one had gone in since I got in line outside so those people had been waiting just as long. When I stepped inside I was immediately disgusted by the state of the interior. My shoes stuck to the floor with every step I took. Gross spills and spots all over. I waited about a minute and that's when I realized the problem; no one cared. I have NEVER seen any fast food restaurant during lunch hour filled with people that move so slow. I saw one person on the line and she took about 20 seconds just to wrap the burger she was finishing. I saw no sandwiches whatsoever behind that one. It literally felt like they were moving in slow motion. I wouldn't even have been upset about the wait if it appeared that anyone was even trying to fix it, but it was clear that the reason it was taking so long was BECAUSE of the employees. After waiting for a minute inside, I walked out, drove back to where I was, got McDonald's and went all the way back. The whole process took 9 minutes and I drove right past the Wendy's just in time to see the people that were behind me in the drive thru line finally getting their food. What's not to like about Wendy's? This one is close to my work (it actually is one of the only food options in the area) so the only time I frequent is on my lunch break, and through the drive through. This place always has a line of cars waiting in the drive through (probably because its the only place to grab a quick bite) but you are never in line more than 5 mins...the drive through team is that fast and efficient!
