Their work was very clean and professional throughout the process, going in and out of our home. They both were so courteous, well-mannered, well-groomed, and very friendly. Fast forward 2 months later same issue called them back she was really nasty and rude said I would be charged again just for them to look at it. I called them and they assured me they would come and take a look at things when they were in my area again. In my area again???? I have been waiting almost EIGHT weeks and there has been no visit from them. Presley texted me a few times to say they haven't forgotten about me, the last time being almost three weeks ago.
