Somehow, in between pouring cold beers and running the bar, he whipped up the best damn burger we've had in ages. Fried egg? Check. Melted cheese? Absolutely. Softest bun that's ever graced our mouths? You bet. And just when we thought we'd maxed out our luck, he handed us fresh churros to go. At midnight. Who does that?
