Best advice for using Eagle Party Rentals: DON'T! Booked them for a company event, agreed on having…read moresomeone stay with the bouncy houses & grey chairs. The day of the event, i called to pay my bill, paid my bill and then got told no one will be staying with the bouncy houses... don't understand why i wasn't told ahead of time. Finally got someone out 30 minutes after the event started, Anna didn't even know the name of the person coming out. I also was never told our chairs would be black...guess we had no choice because Anna and Wendy sure weren't going to help. SECOND PROBLEM: SAFETY HAZARD!! Usually any decent company would make sure the bouncy houses are secure before leaving. Especially in WA weather.. the bouncy houses WERE NOT staked down to the ground! Found this out after the bouncy house was BLOWN AWAY, by the wind, from the generator WITH CHILDREN inside. Luckily we had one of our team members nearby to quickly pull kids out, or else this would have been a-lot worse then just a terrible review. LASTLY: You would think making the customer happy would be first on there list. Anna and Wendy were EXTREMELY RUDE. Gave me the run around for everything, were not helpful during this situation what so ever. Luckily this event was large and we got the word across on to never use this company, hoping to pass this on so this doesn't happen to anyone else. **response to owners comment seek photos. Untrue statement by Juan. No professionalism with this company. As said before stay away from this company if you want a successful event.

Dmitry showed up and give us an estimate. He was prompt and communicative. We had to move our date…read more I called weeks in advance to change the date, and didn't have a problem doing so. The day before our scheduled date, they had to change the date to the day after. In the end, it worked out better than the original scheduled date. The scheduled date was pouring down rain. The day of, was beautifully sunny. The crew was efficient, pleasant, and thorough. They carefully wrapped items, disassembled items and reassembled them. This was not an easy move. The house we moved to has a steep hill and three flights of stairs. Still, the crew was careful to ask where stuff should be placed and moved items as needed. They did not rush, and made sure things were right. I really appreciate them and would highly recommend them! My only knock was that the trucks didn't have enough room, so we had to haul three truck loads ourselves. This was not mal intent, but rather that our house stores well. We moved into a bigger house and everything doesn't fit. They brought two trucks. Great crew. Great service. Paid attention to detail. Four individuals moved us out, and then three more helped move us in. There were a total of seven people. It took a total of 12.5 hours from start to finish. Again, they did not slack or slow down. I feel for those that didn't have a similar experience, and I won't dismiss their experience, but I'm so glad mine was vastly different.

RUN from this company. One of the two movers disappeared for more than a half hour. Then I walked…read morein on him sitting on my toilet _NAKED_. When I called the company, after getting the run-around for hours, a manager said I was just upset because 'men and women handle these things differently'. The owner of the company then accosted me at my new apartment and threatened to call the cops on me for asking for a discount due to this inappropriate behavior. He also said the mover wasn't naked, he had just "pulled his pants down and taken off his shirt..." I was relieved when they were finally gone, until I found that almost everything I own was unloaded into a massive pile in the center of my living room, despite room labels on boxes and furniture. Boxes for bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room and almost all of the furniture were just a massive jumble - a mountain in the center of one room. A couch was broken, and boxes labeled fragile were stacked upside down with heavier items on top of them. The whole thing was a nightmare. If I knew then what I know now, I'd pay twice as much just to avoid it.
