Below is an…read moreemail to the owner that was undeliverable: " Dear Owner, We were in Friday 12/20/24 because of an overcharge on a carwash program that I have had since July 2023. It is the monthly $45 for 2 vehicles plan. I was overcharged $20 today pending on my bank account for a total of $65. I printed the history of my payments to demonstrate that the withdrawal is $45. The young lady working the counter brought the district manager, Tory, to assist us. She stated she could not change the amount or give us $20 but offered to extend my time by 2 weeks to cover the extra charge. We were agreeable to this arrangement. However, upon returning home I realized that Tory had moved the payment date 2 weeks from today rather than the period forward that would be covered by my regular $45 and 2 extra weeks making that 6 weeks from today to correctly satisfy the overcharge. To make clear, the payment is today & her change will actually cause us to pay $110. I called & the same young lady as before was very helpful by calling Tory, as she had left, to explain that the movement of the due date should actually be in February. She returned to me saying that Tory told her that the date could not be moved forward any more. But of course it can because the 2 weeks she offered to satisfy the overpayment would be after the time period being paid today not during. This is willful & very poor customer service from someone that is supposed to be representing your enterprise and managing your employees. But it gets worse. My bank is telling me that a certain type of request was put on my card, around the time we were at PC Fresh Wash, that can only happen when physically running the card. Tory did not have my card in hand but was looking at my account in her POS/computer. The bank rep is certainly suspicious, as am I. I did leave a VM for you, the owner, to call me immediately regarding this situation or I will file a a report with local authorities. I do hope you can look at the records and correct this mess. But we will not let it stand as is." Update 12/21/24 - the owner NEVER called us. However Tory called Saturday morning saying the due date "had always been in February", which is untrue, both of us know she said January 4th & refused to correct it yesterday. . We are glad that the due date is now corrected to satisfy the overcharge, but Tory also refused to send us an email in writing stating the change. We are very concerned 1) that the overcharge occurred, 2) how this transaction was entered per bank rep, 3) the overall the rudeness of the district manger (Tory), 4) dismissals of potential theft as evidenced by the absence of any action on the owner's (Phillip) part, and 5) general nefarious business practices. I do want to say the regular staff has been polite, helpful and caring. I spoke with Mayko and a young lady during all this who exhibited better concerns for the issue than the OWNER or DISTRICT MGR. Another issue is that these workers are giving out an email that the DOMAIN IS BROKEN. Mayko tried valiantly to get a working email but was unsuccessful because other workers, at the Braselton and Gainesville locations, do not have one. Also, he tested the email they giving out and was received the same results as I. We will be cancelling our account after our payment is satisficed completely.

We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!

We tried reaching out via text, website contact, email, and Facebook contact with zero response. My husband was quoted 400 verbally for the tint of the car. He told my husband if you pay Venmo, there is no tax. My husband had to step away and I handled the financially transaction. My husband in hindsight, wish he was there, to confront the payment. He charged 550 for the tint of the car. He also told me, that there is no tax if you pay cash only. He said that there is tax if you pay Venmo. I paid with card, as I had no cash on me. I told my husband, he charged 550. My husband said that is not what was agreed too. We tried reaching out for explanation before we wrote this review, but there has been no attempt by him. As for the other observations, I will note in this review. Extremely late to both scheduled appointments. On 12/25/24, on Christmas night, we get a phone call after 10:30 PM. We did not pick up the phone. We were in bed. Who calls on Christmas night after 10pm to a customer? We believe the call was to confirm the appointment on 12/26/24. He also texted afterwards on Christmas night. Upon paying, I noticed that he was very "tired" & "slow" talking, semi spaced out. Upon explaining how to care for the tinting, he kept repeating the same thing about 3 times. His partner had to step into the conversation and say, what he is trying to say is....... try to cure the car in the sun. I didn't have good experience observing the slow behavior and talk. I also found it unprofessional that they had a very small dog or puppy in their vehicle on cold day as they worked. I didn't notice this until we paid. I would have questioned this, if we noticed the dog earlier. I suggest if you do get your vehicles serviced to request a paper or electronic trail of the quote, NOT verbal. He also didn't put break light back in. We called. He gave an attitude and seemed bothered and OFF, when we called. Stay away!!!
