Don't be shy and not say anything if they missed a spot. Now just going through the carwash itself is a hit and miss on some areas of your vehicle. I used to pay $60 per month for unlimited with them wiping it down also. I backed down to the $19.99 and just take it there everyday before I do to the gym. Doing it that way your vehicle will be totally clean going daily.

It was nice because the oil change was, wash and detail was all done in less than an hour. This made it easy for me with a two year old. They have a great little play area, which to be honest was a life saver for everyone in the area! Haha! The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't let this effect my star rating, but a suggestion would be to have some snacks for sale. I was too nervous to walk across the busy highway with my daughter, luckily I had just enough snackage in her bag.

I agreed and was excited bc my car needed a serious wash. he then proceeded to charge my card (bc they don't take cash) and I headed in. When my car ran through the wash I was extremely disappointed with how dirty it was afterwards. I don't think they know that they have to clean their machines that clean the cars. My car was dirty, filmy and grimy. I was livid. So to take my frustration out I proceeded to get a towel to wipe down the extra grime off and expel my energy vacuuming the car. Turns out, they CHARGE you again to use the microfiber towel to dry off your dirty car wash and their vacuums had very low pressure suction. They need to turn the vacuum suction level up between 80-100 it felt like it was 40-60. Needless to say I left with a dirty car inside and out. Save your money and go to Shine Time 1 mile up the street where the car washes are better, the vacuums work, and they don't charge you to use towels and cleaning products. I hope the manager from shine-time buys out Mister Carwash so customers can be satisfied at any location. This one is just terrible

I've been a Titanium member for several months now. I never had an issue till Friday March 20th,…read more2026. I went through the wash and half way through my car felt like it hit something which included a substantial thud on top of the bump. I reported the issue as there was damage to my rims from the car wash. Pics and video were taken and I was told someone would contact me after reviewing the video of my car going through the machine. Since I've been going there often as I have the monthly Titaniium membership and never had an issue before I assumed it was a fluke. So when my car invariably got covered in pollen I took the car back the next day Saturday and it happened again. A bump and thud halfway through the machine which led to more damage to my rims. The damage was minor but the car isn't very old(2024) and I've kept it perfect till these 2 incidents. I made a report again but they tried to tell me the damage was there before I had gone through the car wash but I know and I emphasize know it wasn't. I'm very anal about my car. They took pics etc, and again said I'd be contacted but no one ever did. No complaint number/Incident or reference number given to me which means they didn't adhere to Mister Car Washes corporate policies. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I couldn't stand seeing the rims damaged so I paid out of my own pocket to fix the rims immediately. And it looks like Mister Car Wash got away with damaging my car. I'm leaving this review to inform other customers so they can protect themselves. If you choose to use them I suggest taking pics or video of your rims before going in or better yet having a dash cam to record any problems you experience going through their car wash so they can't do to you what they did to me to you.
