I've had a great experience with Bulwark. They're professional, reliable, and communicate everything clearly, making it easy to understand how my capital is being managed. I appreciate their transparency and the fact that they consistently deliver on their commitments. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others. read more

I wanted to take the time to let you know how much I'm grateful for the people here! I have been with them for a couple of years now and had never had a better experience both with their outstanding and above and beyond approach to how they treat their clientele. Also I have been extremely happy with their decision making and how they understand the market. I'm so thankful to have real people working on my portfolio unlike the bigger chains where you are just a line item on a report. read more

(this is an update of my previous review) When my employer transferred over to Bulwark in 2022, I lost 17% of my money in the 1st month. Today I see that from March of this year to October of this year I've lost almost 3%. The problem with that is the market is doing really well; hitting all times highs. In comparison, over the same time period, the plan that I'm managing myself (mostly S&P500) made 22%. Both of these accounts are with former employees and that money is just sitting in those accounts with no deposits or withdrawals. I can't recommend this service. read more

Been with the Bulkwark team for a little over a year. The communication has been solid and I feel my accounts are doing well during that time--the market is weird now and feel well positioned going forward. read more

I cannot thank Alexandra enough for all of her help. I've worked with her for 4 years now, and she is nothing but knowledgeable and professional. She is quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I have. So appreciative for Alexandra and the entire Bulwark team! read more

Zach has been managing our money since 2022. We've done extremely well and have appreciated him and his team's ability to navigate volatile environments without us being totally exposed to downturns. We trust Bulwark and the team completely! Thank you, Zach! read more

They messed us up with annuities. And then tried to get us deeper with annuities. And then when I had my brother go to them, they didn't even double check to make sure he had a beneficiary signed onto his account. I had my brother go to him because I trusted that they'd help him because my brother is not financial savvy. Well, that really messed us up when he passed away. Because he had no beneficiary signed like he did his last place which they had him put beneficiary.. so in other words, they took no responsibility and I said what you're supposed to be a financial advisor to help people with that stuff and they said nope. So when my brother passed away, I should've been the beneficiary I was not and I had family members who never even talked to my brother in 30 years take his money. I'm not saying it's 100% their fault, but I trusted them because their financial advisors when my brother invested his money with them, they should've said who's your beneficiary. When I told them this, they took absolutely zero responsibility. I am no longer with them nor will I ever be. read more

Lots of bad reviews, but not this one. My adviser collaborates with me on our financial decisions. When I have questions Chad is responsive and thorough. There was a slow year, but I am very pleased with the overall management of our assets and our growth. They sure beat my last adviser who truly did loose $$$ putting us in illiquid investments that went way down. Thank you Bulwark! read more

if you understand anything about investing in stock portfolios and managing risk you would see that the negative reviews are knee jerk by the reviewers. My account has done extremely well because I let the professionals keep my money invested when necessary and on the sidelines when appropriate while looking for strategic opportunities. These aren't put and take accounts. You only lose if you "get out" during rough economic times. Zach is always willing to review our position and takes the time to recognize my needs. Any moves made are made at the request of the client after consultation. My funds dropped in value during a down economy less than market averages and have recovered famously. All the negative reviews seem to be from people that were looking for short term gain with no concept of minimizing risk. (Not eliminating....) I feel that my family's funds are in good hands read more

Lots of Blowviations on their podcast about "Active Trading" to protect capital. Shocking how many trades are made... and more shocking is how much $$ is lost in the process. they jammed 1/3 of my IRA $$ (tax sheltered) into an annuity that not only locked my $$ up for 7 years (unless I want to pay a punishment fee) but it removed it from the tax shelter. Who would do that? I think they hate their customers. Terrible guidance and even worse communications read more

Horrible, Zach says he learned one thing from his father: don't lose money for your clients. Well thats all he did for me and he did it in an up market. My only regret is I didn't pull my money back out within the first 30 days, since that's when he lost over $60k. never to be recovered.!!! read more

The company I work for transferred my retirement account to Bulwark about 21 months ago. They lost 15% of my investment in the first month. They said it was bad timing. Not their fault. Today, I'm about where I was initially (earnings wise - not counting contributions). To date, my account is down -4.3%. My static, non-contributing retirement accounts, have increased by 37% and 20% over the same period. I appreciate their conservative perspective but how the heck do you lose that much money so fast if you are investing conservatively? I'm not a young man. I don't have that much time to make up lost ground. It's a company managed retirement account, so I'm stuck with them. read more

I cannot give less than 1 star, I did not have a good experience with Zach and his group. His motto is don't lose money, and after 8 months in this up market all he did was LOSE money. over $60k how is that possible, well he also said don't buy bonds; what did he do: invested in govt bonds and they lost money!!!! I cannot say enough, do your homework, I obviously didn't do mine. read more

I listened to the radio show where Zack was discussing the stock market. I decided to let them manage a large amount of our 401k in August 2021. The investment has been significantly declining since then. We lost almost 15% of our investment with Bulwark over the last 2 years. While on the radio, they continue to make a statement that they show a great performance this year while our investments with them were significantly down. We have just moved our funds to another management and they were very surprised that we lost so much with Bulwark while the market was up this year. I am sure a lot of Bulwark clients also got burnt with their money management.I got better return on my investment managing it myself while I am not an investment professional.I would stay away from Bulwark read more

Worst decision I've made in my financial adventure. They diversified my 401K money into real estate, stocks and an annuity. Lost money in them all. Their reasoning was that I would have lost more money somewhere else. I did not see how they could recover and make me money. I can't tell you how poor their communications was for me. When I left the firm, they left my stock money in Schwab and my real estate and annuity investment intact. I have to clean up that mess in the future or get hit with a penalty. Lost about 15% of my 401K stock money. They pick stocks like amateurs, in my opinion. read more
