Instead, I was met with genuine kindness and patience from day one, and I feel like that kind of environment is rare. Robert, Aaron, Tony, and Dave have all been amazing. Not just as RSOs who keep the range safe and running professionally, but as people who truly care. They've taken the time to help me out when I've asked them questions in passing on how improve my grip, understand maintenance, learn small tips and tricks, as well as gain better perspective on things like concealed carry. Every question I've had has been met with respect and real guidance, never ego or attitude. The facility itself reflects that same standard. It's clean, safe, and feels "state of the art", which made it even easier to feel comfortable spending time there. Between the range, the rentals, their product knowledge and guidance, it played a huge role in helping me feel confident choosing my first firearm. Earlier today I attended the Handgun Carry Permit Class with Dennis Mankin. Dennis is a very…read morethorough and attentive instructor. We were informed about the laws and regulations of the concealed weapons permit, talked about different scenarios and how to handle them in the most safe and effective manner, not only to save lives, but to avoid putting yourself at a huge risk of criminal and civil liability. The class was educational and enjoyable. We covered a lot of material in a short period of time, but I didn't feel like I was bombarded with information. The mood in the classroom is serious but with some humor. I did not feel bored or disinterested during the entire class. Dennis gave each of the applicants individual instruction along the way and again wherever needed. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I learned a lot about guns and proper shooting form today! I feel much more confident now and am looking forward to coming back to the range for more advanced classes...
