As we live on the MS Coast more than 3hours away, we asked the responding officer to tow our vehicle to the nearest body shop. Unfortunately, that shop was Capitol Body Shop. Since it was on a Sunday, I spent the day researching the reviews online. Before any work was done on our vehicle I became very concerned about our decision and shared my concerns with the Capitol Body Shop staff. In the meantime, I contacted my insurance company State Farm who recommended their approved service shop Service King. Again, we live 3 hours away. So, I asked for Capitol to do a quick inspection to tell me what the damage was and if it could be completed within the week. After two days of calling and emailing Capitol, they sent me a blank permission contract allowing them to do all necessary repairs. NO ESTIMATE, NO TIME FRAME! Naturally, with growing concerns, I instructed them not to touch my vehicle and to release it to Service King. In short, they refused to release my vehicle before paying them more than $600! The characters involved Bonnie, BJ, and Paul. At this point, I was ready to make the drive up there myself to straighten things out, however, after speaking with the Service King, Service Advisor Michael Winston, he assured me that they would work with State Farm to remedy matters. As such, they paid the ridiculous charges to move by vehicle to the Service King Shop. Mr. Winston and his staff took control of the matter and kept me abreast of the progress with both the repairs and my insurance company. In addition, going out of their way, to work with us as our daughter made two or three trips to the shop as they made the repairs. Mr. Winston, also a father of a college student, went the extra mile for us in so many ways, as I'm sure the staff did too. To this day, I've never met Mr. Winston, but can't be happier with Service King's service, repairs, and respect I have for them. Highly Recommend Service King or anywhere Mr. Winston is in charge. She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. But their first loyalty is to the customer. I would say that George Paul's Body Shop is the very best place to take your wrecked automotive needs.

The mechanics at Clinton Body Shop identified a non-operational air bag system, a roof with buckles, a tire hinged incorrectly, and a back panel attached incorrectly. And that's while I stood there. They dealt directly with my insurance company regarding the damages and in the end our insurance company totaled the car out and paid us the highest Blue book value. Clinton Body Shop never received a dime. I call them "the car whispers" and I am forever grateful. If you are ever in need of repairs, don't go where your insurance suggests. Vehicle is a 2021 Toyota Tundra, 30k miles. Rear-ended by a Freightliner Cascadia. Damage to both…read morefront and rear. Drop off was on 9/12/23 Pick up was 10/23/23, 41 days. Was told it was ready, at pickup the front bug shield was not reinstalled properly. There was a screwdriver left in the engine bay under the hood. The condenser coil was not properly reinstalled and was flopping against the radiator. The incorrect front bumper was installed, I no longer have parking sensors, they all have to be turned off to not have a constant alarm and warning on the dash. The tailgate will not open and close properly. None of the gaps are correct, all the aftermarket trim pieces look like crap. Every time the sun hits it I find new dirt and imperfections in the paint/clear coat. It was also returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. I keep a clean vehicle and there was a nasty film over all the glass, noticed the initials HK smeared into one window. Found the start of a mouse nest under the rear seat when I went to put my belongings back into the vehicle. Apparently it was also never measured to see if the frame or bed is out of alignment which may be part of the tailgate issue. Went to a second shop and found where the radiator support was beat back semi straight with a hammer and is still damaged. 2nd shop continues to find un-repaired damage, including frame damage, stripped/broken bolts, body shims, and damaged junkyard parts like the hood that were listed on the final invoice given to me as OEM replacement. Good luck getting corporate to answer the phone or respond to communication sent through their web form.

I took my 2023 Honda Accord over to Joe Hudson to have some body work done after a deer had hit me…read more I was met with a courteous staff up front who took time to listen to all of my concerns and helped me begin my process. I spoke with Mrs. Janette who was very helpful and caring. She kept a smile on her face the whole time & made me feel at home. I was told repairs would take about 3 weeks to be fixed due for severity of the repairs on my car. I was given calls for updates 3 times a week & found this very impressive & felt like they really cared about me and I was more than just another number to them. I was called on a Thursday morning round 11AM and told my car was ready & was ready ahead of time! I was very happy that I was able to get my car back so quickly. I went around the car with Josh and everything looked amazing! It was a very well done job & I couldn't have asked for anything better. From the beginning to the middle to the end I have nothing but positivity for this shop. Thank you again for helping me with getting my car back looking like new again. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a job well done & timely as well. Thank you again for all that you did!
