The installer was late, not a big deal but an hour later and only 1/2 way done they took a 20 minute break. The install I received on my large den window set the expectation, the install on my front door was nothing short of a disaster. My kids could have done a better job and after I sent the photos to to Paul and Michelle I did not even get a courtesy follow up call. You be the judge, check out my front door pics and ask yourself if you want this in your home or business.

I have attempted to reschedule twice with Chris, but he never shows up due to things kept coming up. He let me know the first time and we forecasted the meetup a week out, but something came up and he rescheduled to early Sunday. I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time.
