He got us in that afternoon, took our car in right away (despite the fact that we were running late for our appointment time), buffed out the scuff, and repaired a slow leak in the tire Final charge? $18. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor, and I really would've paid $50 for the convenience and expertise. I was told it was going to be a certain amount of time but unfortunately it ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than anticipated. Getting the car back seemed a little more complicated than it needed to be just because they had a pretty big line for folks trying to drop off their car and also a fairly long line of folks wanting to pick up as well. Recently, I needed new tires before my trip to California and I called to order some and make an appointment. I prepaid because they were the last four tires in stock, but come the day of the appointment they noticed a factory defect with one of the tires. Instead of postponing my appointment til they got more tires in stock they just upgraded me to better tires for no extra charge. Will definitely continue coming here as long as I live near a Discount Tire.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and my resources were focused solely on my health care needs. For that reason, a government agency stepped in and provided me with assistance to get repair work done to my vehicle, necessary for transportation to my job and medical appointments. Alpine received $1,516 in advance and entered into a promise to service agreement with the government agency. However, they not only failed to do what they said they would but damaged my vehicle in the process. Fluid top off, filled the washer fluid 1/2 full with diluted solution then said "That's full to us" when brought to their attention. Air filter replacement requested a high quality filter, brand specific. They didn't do that however, damaged bracketing from the force of taking off the air filter cover; subsequently causing damage to the wiring between the battery and the alternator, visibly. New battery was put in but they put a sticker on it from two months prior, shorting the date of warranty two months. Interstate battery addressed that one. The work they did caused damage to my vehicle, now completely un-drivable due to a failed alternator and damaged wiring. They don't answer their phone, don't respond to emails, so I've had to resort to getting third-party assistance with this issue. Mark has some real problems with bad staff. The lead mechanic who oversaw the work on my car actually came outside and confronted me, aggressively, for bringing the issues to their attention. Aggressive staff with totally inappropriate boundaries, personally and professionally, negligence during repair work, and dishonesty. These are major issues.

My wife and I were on a long trip and got a flat tire. Costco is not able to remove these. Had to spend the night in a hotel until a dealership opened up in the morning. They did not carry the lug nut key! Contacted Les Schwab nearby and they were able to send Noah over to the Costco, plug the tire, fill it up with air so I could drive it across the street. Angel was a huge help and did everything to get the tires replaced so we could get back on the road. Can't say how much we appreciated the quick assistance to get back on the road to see our grandkids. Thanks guys!!
