The condos at Bulle Rock are a quite community and are well maintained. Close to the golf course and Havre de Grace

Community is boring, monotone, and filled with an overwhelming majority of older people. Houses construction is questionable at best, and zoning very strict. Thumbs down for me. read more

I have a property in a community that they "manage" and I can tell you their service is horrible, especially for what you are paying for. I have begged for our community to lose this management company and will continue to do so because they are that bad. I have sent several HOA fee checks to these folks and they (their processing center clowns) have misplaced so many of my checks that I have to pay via eCheck now and get charged $5 for the convenience. I can only imagine that my checks were sitting unprocessed in a box somewhere in a dark corner these many times. Each time, as I am getting down to late fee date and my check is not applied, I call to check the status of the check I sent and have been told to put a stop on the old check and send another immediately. Every time this happened they tried to, at the last minute, process the check anyway - so then they assess me a "non-refundable" $40 NSF fee each time!! Our account was locked recently due to a fraud attempt by our credit union on the night they drafted the payment so I called to make the payment manually and to ask if they would waive the NSF fee because the account was not NSF and was locked out of our control by the credit union. InfoHOA gave me the runaround in all cases and pointed to the community's HOA committee to waive the fee. The HOA Board said they cannot waive a fee when they do not have access to InfoHOA to do so. InfoHOA says no they cannot do it either - such BS!! Their "Support" staff simply don't support you at all. There is no one to talk to do anything for you but ask if they have your payment. The InfoHOA administrators that directly support our HOA are pretty lame too with the overall attitude of "Sorry, not mah job." when you ask them to do anything and if, by any chance they do, they make you feel like you work for them. The administrators have bad to no communication skills, they are always irritated and short with you, they have absolutely no patience and make it abundantly clear that they absolutely do not want to talk to you. It is unbelievable that InfoHOA management continues to allow these arrogant representatives to have jobs when they treat customers like trash! If I could give them a negative star I would.

Maybe it was once a horse farm??? It's now an extremely large, picturesque, gated community here in Havre de Grace. The common areas include lakes, walking trails, tennis courts, golf course, indoor (heated) and outdoor pool, (The Silk) restaurant and the resident's club. The outdoor pool usually opens for the summer season on Memorial Day weekend. **Spalsh** (see my bikini pics 2018). You'll find condos, single family homes and villas with the most luxurious feel to them. The quality of these homes are to be praised. I've been inside a few of these already lived-in homes and "House Hunters International", or "Amazing Homes" wants nothing with the Bulle Rock homes. They're gorgeous. My aunt and her family love it here! Each time I visit, it seems the developers have yet again extended the land and there's more room available for more homes. There are model houses for you to peruse if you're interested in purchasing a home here. I suggest you peruse for builders as well because from what I understand, there are several who work with this development and if you're more of the trailblazer type, your house can be built to your specification. I also love seeing deer families as we drive/walk by! I'll be back. I mean c'mon, my auntie is a great cook! The End.

The B&O railroad grain elevator was built in 1923 and was the largest and fastest in the world. By 2003, the property had become dilapidated. The 300-foot tall building was redeveloped into luxury condos. Vanessa pointed out how much of the original grain elevator features they were able to keep. Silo Point sits on 50 acres of waterfront which gives you a 360 degree spectacular view of the Baltimore Harbor and City Skyline. Living here for almost 3 months I can say I'm happy with my apartment, and the service I receive here . My apartment was clean and certain aspects of it was brand new which was a nice touch upon moving in. The building has an elevator, laundry, pool, fitness center and optional pay parking which makes life easier. It's also centrally located to restaurants,Museums, downtown, the inner harbor and the monument/ park. The monument is around the corner and is a great place to sit outside or walk the dog. What I like about the building besides the amenities is that it gets involved in the community and sometimes host fun festivities in the lobby for the holidays. 611 also keeps us posted on what's going on around the neighbor which is nice. I'm forever grateful to the staff. Brittany is such a gem and was helpful through the whole process from applying for the apartment to assisting onsite with any questions or concerns since I've been here. The staff including maintenance is usually available during business hours and responds quickly to request. Everything has been easy for me here and I appreciate that being new to town and all. I also want to mention I feel safe inside and outside the building which is often quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend 611 for the good location, nice apartment with amenities and friendly staff.

So, I've…read moredecided the best way to communicate all the ways this place screwed me and other residents over is in bullet point. Brittany, Sattie - eat your heart out. - Makes the rent look cheap for the area but with the massive utility fee not worth it. Utilities are supposed to be taken as a percentage of the full bill based on square footage. Which doesn't sound bad until your gone for a summer and are still paying $250 in addition to your $1300 rent. (My apartment was 455 sqft btw) - The building smells at all hours of urine and rotting trash. So much so that flies are attracted to the lobby. This is odd considering there should be maintenance people there all day. - The building consistently has animals urinating in the elevators and the only way it is handled in by sending a less than stern email saying to not let your animals do that followed by a febreez spray to clean the elevator. - Maintenance men overshare an egregious amount about their personal lives while they are in your home. I've heard comments like "Damn, Durran (our old maintenance man) really messed this up now when I take this cap off water is going to spray everywhere." and "Sattie is a very abrasive woman." Always a good sign when the maintenance men complain to you about their boss. - My sink backed up and flooded 5 times in the YEAR AND A HALF that I was a resident. The result was black water with food particles and grease which I had to full up buckets and flush down the toilet just to keep it all at bay while maintenance showed up. Contractors showed up to tell me that I "Needed to scrub good because that was sewer water." When I mentioned this to Sattie she said he was "being dramatic". The water damage was so bad that my downstairs neighbor told me her ceiling tiles fell down and ruined her couch. When I asked Brittany how "(redacted) was doing downstairs with her ceiling?", she replied, "The flood didn't effect anyone else in the building." - Sattie is the most manipulative property manager I have ever met. She not only bullies her residents when they come to her with an issue but speaks to them in the rudest tones and never actually fixes anything. When many of my personal belongings were ruined for the second time because of the sink, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed even though the issue was not my fault. And the insurance company wouldn't reimburse me because it didn't meet my deductible. - I came down with welts on my body from using the pool when the lifeguard stopped maintaining the pool levels. He also asked me "do you mind if I smoke a blunt?" The day later I had welts on my skin and the day after the pool was closed because it had turned green. - The front door of the building was replaced in January and it is open for a hilariously long amount of time in which anyone can follow you into the building. Between January 2025- April 2025 I saw the following: a homeless man sitting in the lobby screaming to himself, multiple nonresidents come inside the building, and was also stalked to my apartment. Do I really have to explain why I don't feel safe as a young woman? - On April 27th 2025 I came home late at night and found a man suspiciously lurking in the lobby. When I went upstairs in the elevator he followed me to my floor and loitered to see which apartment I went to. He then proceeded to ring not just mine but numerous residents' doorbells between the hours of 1am-8am (and yes he came back to ring mine again at 8am). When I called the front desk, I was told he had done this to numerous residents and that Brittany had "asked him to leave" to which I said "have the police been called because I thought I was going to get murdered" to which she said "oh he left before they could get here" No email alert was sent out to the community in response- obvi because it's Brittany and Sattie... - My floor neighbor had a situation where a man followed me again into the building and pounded on my neighbors door using force and body slammed the door multiple times intermittently between the hours of 10am-3pm. I called the police because it sounded like someone was breaking in and then was later questioned by the police. **He indeed break in and the man's dog was absolutely traumatized** You may be asking yourself "why does it seem like so many things go past the front desk? Where are the full time staff" well great question because no one is ever there. And they probably aren't because it smells like piss and trash. That is why this experience has been especially disappointing. I was unfamiliar with the leasing procedures in a different country, so I made every effort to seek guidance from the leasing office and relied on the information I was given. Instead of receiving clear instructions, I was later held financially responsible for procedural requirements that were never explained to me. I believe residents, especially those who are unfamiliar with the rental system, should be able to rely on the leasing office to provide complete and accurate guidance when they proactively ask for help. Approximately 60 days before my intended move-out date, I notified the leasing office by email that I planned to terminate my lease. Throughout the following weeks, I proactively contacted the office multiple times to ask what steps were required. I wanted to make sure I completed everything correctly. I later obtained and returned the Notice to Vacate form. When I returned it, I specifically asked whether there was anything else I needed to do and was told there were no further steps required. Based on the information provided by the leasing office, I moved out as planned and personally returned all of my keys. Only after moving out was I informed that my lease termination had not been processed because the Notice to Vacate form was not submitted 60 days before my move-out date. At no point was I told that my earlier written notice would not satisfy their process or that the form itself also needed to be submitted on the same timeline. I repeatedly asked the office to identify any lease provision or written policy stating this requirement, but no documentation has been provided. Since then, I have been charged additional rent and utility fees that I dispute. Even more frustrating has been the lack of communication. Despite multiple follow-up emails over several weeks, my specific questions have largely gone unanswered, with responses simply repeating that a 60-day notice is required instead of addressing why these procedural requirements were never explained when I repeatedly asked for guidance. I understand that lease agreements have rules, but residents should also be given clear and accurate instructions when they actively seek assistance. My concern is not the existence of the policy but it's the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout the process.

Since move-in, I've dealt with a long list of maintenance and administrative issues. The apartment's air conditioning did not work, the master shower wouldn't drain properly, the shower diverter was broken, the dishwasher leaked, and my mailbox was taped shut from the inside with "VACANT" written on it. I was also told parking was available before signing my lease, only to learn afterward that there were no garage spaces available. In addition, I was incorrectly charged for renter's insurance despite providing proof of coverage, and I've had difficulty getting responses from management. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts, management informed me that the rooftop HVAC equipment serving my apartment needs to be replaced and that the replacement is expected to take approximately three weeks. Portable A/C units have been provided, but my apartment has still remained uncomfortably warm (over 80 degrees at night, and warmer during the day) What has been most frustrating is that this all occurred within the first few weeks of living here. I understand that maintenance issues can happen in any building, but the number of problems, combined with slow communication and extended repair timelines, has made for a very poor move-in experience. I'm hopeful management will work with me to find a reasonable resolution, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this property.
