This was a good place when it was around. Recently it was posted that it was closed. I drove by…read morethere yesterday and today to make sure. As far as customer service is concerned, they were nice, fair and polite. If I had a problem with something I bought, I could exchange it or get credit. Many items I noticed were knockoffs, but it's what they get, and they try to price it fair. Lower than retail. However, they did get expensive and big name products and sold them for extremely low prices. I bought the Philips Norleco 9733 shaver during the pandemic, which normally retails for almost $300, and I got it for $40. Brand new, never used, and it came with everything including extra blades. Still works great. Some stuff were opened items like furniture, washing machines, dryers, stereo equipment, housewares, etc. It's 50/50. You take a chance. It may or may not work. The parking was OK. It was small. Anyway, bummer that this place closed, just like many places in Simi Valley. But there are similar businesses outside Simi, but you're going to have to look on the maps to find them.

They have a very wide range of antiques, collectibles, dishes, clothing, dog clothing, shoes of all kinds, furnitures, desks, hutches, tables, chairs, lamps, paintings, house accessories, kitchen wares, kitchen appliances, all kinds of decorations for ever events & seasonal events , kids toys, games, books, DVD's, suitcases, bags , cards for any occasions , purses, pianos, bedroom & bathrooms things. You will not leave empty handed ! I found this beautiful pot carved out with flowers & a small decoration duck. I'm so happy with that Jason helped me out and told me about the discount which I was so thankful & thrilled about ! Their price points are spot on too! I remembered searching a few days prior for "antique furniture shops near Santa Clarita CA," and coming across a large, beautifully-appointed store in Simi Valley (with lots of furniture) called Fishy Finds. I went back to the website, and saw a header for "Estate Sales!" A little over a week ago, I called and left a voicemail message. Tania, the Owner, returned my message the next day. After a few additional calls and messages, we set up the estate sale for this past Friday, 3/20, to be run by her associate, Crystal. While not all furniture pieces sold, many did! A bunch of glassware, lamps, clocks, etc. did also. A good amount of vintage "smalls" were then boxed up by Crystal (and her co-worker, Dale) to be taken to the shop and put on consignment. My Sister and I were able to remove the non-vintage "smalls," and find a charity organization to take the remaining furniture pieces. The apartment was completely empty as of yesterday, and Fishy Finds played a key role in that accomplishment. At this difficult time for my family, Tania, Crystal, and Dale were professional, kind, knowledgable, and compassionate. I will say that this outlet can be really hit or miss if you're looking for bit furniture…read morepurchases. But, if you can find what you're looking for, you're going to get an incredibly high quality piece for a fraction of the price. One thing we do like to come here for are for smaller sized options. Towels, back to school backpacks, etc. They always have a good selection here and things are reasonably priced. And, once again, you know because these are Pottery Barn, they are very high quality so you are going to get a great lifespan out of what you are purchasing. Staff here is friendly, but often times are confined to the register area. If you are looking for some help, you might need to hunt around a bit to find someone. However, once you do, they are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out.

Apparently I interrupted her morning when she had to ring me up and bag my items. There was absolutely no line and no one in the store and she rudely pointed to the line que and said "the line starts over there but I guess I can help you !?" Then said nothing to me except " your receipts in the bag" .. Honestly someone needs to train Monique on customer service. I probably won't be back if this is the new trend in employees at Pottery Barn!
