This AC filter they're supposed to change by contract every 2 to 3 months. They have not changed in over a year

Been a renter Now 5 Years two different properties , this is my second apartment and last few months staying under Bull. Several code enforcement cases all properties have issues with maintenance. when I move from my last apartment and left it spotless, they kept 1650 of my deposit with no valid reason the apartment that we moved to under their management was fully furnished worn down to the point where I had to have my child's father paint certain areas move three rooms of furniture out including two fully furnished rooms with dressers and beds living room sets there were tobacco, guts, and condoms, left from squatters smoking, and doing whatever in the apartment, which they leave open when I contacted about the issues with having to move all of the furniture out and clean the apartment and paint it myself they would not take $200 off of deposit for me. My child's father work with Mohammed for about a year, going to several different duplexes and properties doing evictions and hauling for them. He was underpaid to the point where he ceased work with them the AC in the apartment I'm in now a year and a half later is still not working, and I have evidence of putting in AC issues from when we first moved in. The apartments next-door to me has been abandoned for a while and there are people coming in and out around my home strangers and they are doing nothing about keeping the apartments locked. They are very much scam artist they do not respond timely to any notices of anything and will make you go the extra mile contacting code enforcement and such things. Their needs to be a mass petition in lawsuit file if anyone would like to join easezhual@gmail.com is somewhere you can contact my child's father who has a lot of knowledge on their inside workings. the property managers you speak with you will never see. They're never on the property. There has been issues of violence that weren't addressed. I could go on and on. five years of staying on their properties and the only person I've ever seen is Moe between both of the apartments. I've stayed at for five years and he will tell you he is not management, but you never see a manager. They will only text you and make you go on the portal to report everything.

Structural damages that was there before I moved in and they refuse to fix unless I pay them more money.

WARNING! SLUMLORDS/scam artist READ THE FINE PRINT: Just moved in a week ago, paid first month, last month, and security deposit as well as this month because I couldn't move in until June and found a plethora of structural issues starting with leaks into house when it rains, leaky pipe when faucet is opened, cracks all over the wall, all issues that were here before I moved in and I was tricked into signing a lease by asma when she said it was just a template and I'm not responsible for anything that needs to be fixed and now I get this attached email from Nessa : We've received your recent maintenance requests and want to provide the following update: We will take care of the leak and will also schedule pest control for the wasp issue. These items fall under tenant obligations as outlined in your lease (Tenant Maintenance section, page 6). If you'd like us to handle those additional items, we're happy to assist, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of similar services. Let us know how you'd like to proceed. Unresponsive during emergencies, blamed tenants for normal wear and tear, and tried to charge for a service we handled ourselves.

I inially called TCC because I thought they did property management…read more Hannah Ruddy, Office Manager - Broker's Assistant, took my call. Now, mind you? Hurricane Ian was on its way into town. Think she might've had a lot on her plate? Me too. And yet, she took the time to listen patiently to my needs - even asking a few questions to clarify certain points - prior to letting me know her company no longer provided management services. You're wondering why she would do that, right? I mean, why just not tell me that wasn't what they did and wish me good luck? That's what every other company did. But, nope, I had come upon a real professional and, beyond that, a kind human being. Hannah gave me the name and number of a top-notch property management company and even sent me a follow up email regarding the referral. She also personally called the property management company and sent them an email as well. Talk about customer service! "Please let me know how it goes, Robin. I'm here for you." Read that sentence again and realize this woman wasn't getting a sale or commission of any kind. Let that sink in. As things would have it, the initial referral didn't go as planned. Once again, I phoned Hannah. Once again Hannah patiently took the call despite Ian being on her doorstep at that point. Hannah researched other options for me while she was AT HOME DURING A HURRICANE. I mean, it's ridiculous. But she felt that much of a need to make sure we were okay. I know, I know, I'm shaking my head as well. A second conversation between her and another property manager. A second phone conversation with me. More emails. The whole level of human kindness is beyond. When was the last time YOU got that level of service anywhere? And, remember, the woman wasn't even getting paid. Are you kidding me??? We're good to go with this second property management company all due to Hannah. It's the best fit for us right now, given the economy. But hear me loud and clear - if we decide to sell this home after the rental is up next year, there will be no other Realtors to get our business than TCC. NONE. These are the type of people you want working with you. Decent. Kind. Professional. You're in good hands with these folks, folks. Look no further.

When I went to Florida during the inspection period, Jeanine took my son and I on a two hour ride about the entire housing area (Harmony, Florida) in her golf cart. It was totally beyond the call of duty and just wonderful. She has answered my constant emails and texts promptly throughout the process. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Horrific experience. Prospective House had squatters ( not their fault) followed up with them…read morefrequently to see when we can go see the house after they kicked squatters out and repaired the damages. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.
