One charge included $175 for touch up paint and sparkle marks, however, the house was provided to us with sparkle marks throughout the entire house and we had photo evidence of this. Another charge included an uncleaned oven and sink for $125, which is hard to believe because I was required to hire a cleaning service to clean the entire house. I provided a copy of the invoice to the company showing I paid for the cleaning. I contacted the company multiple times to dispute these deductions and never heard back. I would not rent from them due to the concern they will allow the owners to deduct unverified charges from your security deposit.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally.
